Damn that sounds good under load. The more emissions faults I have pop up on my 328d, the more I think about this... Would likely end up sticking with a muffler and adding an aftermarket cat though.

Nice video man, love to see other 328d guys tuning . I originally had Kerma TDI’s tune with no deletes. Put down 221rwhp and 352rwtq on a mustang dyno. Recently my def pump has had issues so I went with tune my euro, since there deletes tune advertised numbers were a lot higher than Malones. Getting everything wrapped up tomorrow so I’m hoping it’ll be worth it and stack up to my prior Kerma tune!

How is the tune my euro kit? Did u also do the buzzken exhaust? Did you do your delete with a cat or no cat?

@@JeLifeCoach nope I paid $150 for a Chinese downpipe from AliExpress, had my local muffler shop delete my cat and resonator (welded a piece of straight metal pipe in its place) for $100, and the tune was around $1,200 I believe. The car is a bit aggressive sounding but only when you’re heavy into the throttle. At highway cruise control almost no drone even though it’s full straight pipe. Way more torque than before deletes, top end power feels slightly improved (vs Kerma stage 2), and I really haven’t tracked the MPG too much yet but plan on doing so soon on a far road trip I’m going to take.

@@fernandog4009 hey brother i greatly appreciate you taking time to respond. Sounds like a great setup!!! How many miles you got on her?! Any regrets? Any advice?
I live in Dallas and for 4400 a shop her will do a custom tune, downpipe, custom hi flow catalytic converter, custom catback exhaust with muffler and resonator. Delete the dpf and egr system. That also includes new intake manifold.
Sounds right or too high? What would you do.

@@JeLifeCoach 130k miles on the car now, only around 4,000 miles on the deletes tune. My prior best recorded MPG all highway was 57 MPG, really hoping to break 60MPG on this new tune. Honestly though that price sounds way too steep, did they tell you roughly what ur whp and wtq numbers would look like? At the very least I would say ditch the resonator and muffler entirely, ditch the high flow cat, and buy the same down pipe I did from AliExpress. Those things right there should cut that cost in half. A new intake manifold I am curious at though, not sure what kind of potential power and MPG gains that could offer.

@@fernandog4009 Thanks brother. Appreciate the insight. Ill keep shopping around. I didn’t even ask about to and power numbers. Told him i was only interested in efficiency, MPG, and not having to worry about replacing sensors and valves and car increases its mileage total.
He said new intake manifold because you want to clean the head and the intake side and a new manifold is better than cleaning the old one.

Nice, I have an A3 Tdi, and am looking at what to procure next. This definitely has me considering BMW, but I’ll have to do more research on reliability. What’s your fuel economy looking like?

From what I read, there is a $150 or so app that allows you to turn off the transfer case effectively switching it to RWD only. Theres an article on google if you type in "xdelete" for a 328d.

Automatic transmission, transfer case, rear diff. Lots of places for all that power to bleed off.
