    💥Asthma Diet [Full Guide] ➜ ➜ ➜ bit.ly/3KvMJeA
Along with environmental factors, dietary choices also affect the prevalence of asthma. Since the mid-twentieth century, lifestyle changes and personal eating choices have contributed to an increase in this disease.
➡️ Inflammatory Foods Can Worsen Asthma Symptoms
    - Refined grains
    - Overly-sweetened desserts
    - Processed and red meats
    - Other preserved food products
    ➡️ Other Environmental Factors
    - Air pollution
    - Exposure to tobacco smoke
    - Unsanitary living conditions
    - Allergens
    - Exposure to occupational dust or chemicals
➡️ How to Choose the Best Diet for Asthma Symptoms
Scientists believe that there are two diets that may benefit those who suffer from asthma symptoms:
    - Mediterranean diet
    - Plant-based diet
    ➡️ Mediterranean Diet
Studies began to focus on the benefits of the so-called “Mediterranean diet” more than fifty years ago. In places such as Greece and Italy, the combination of fruits, vegetables, omega-3 fatty acids from fish, and whole grains was considered essential factors in the region’s lower coronary heart disease rate. Mediterranean dietary practices generally differ from the consumption of high-fat, fast-food dishes that are frequently made from heavily processed food items or loaded with preservatives.
    ➡️ Plant-Based Diet for Asthma
Plant-based diets low in saturated fat focus on fruits, vegetables, legumes, and grains that reduce inflammation. A vegan or vegetarian diet has high fiber levels that improve lung function and gut microbiome, reducing the potential for aggravated airway diseases. Even those who suffered from asthma in the past have experienced less frequent and not-as-severe asthma symptoms by embracing a plant-based diet.
➡️ Foods That May Reduce Asthma Symptoms
As previously mentioned, there are several foods with anti-inflammatory properties that may help reduce the effects of asthma. Some examples include:
    - Fruits and vegetables
    - Apples
    - Citrus fruits
    - Leafy greens
    - Tomatoes
    - Beans
    - Legumes
    - Turmeric
    - Ginger
    - Salmon
    - Flaxseeds

I never had asthma growing up, but with the changing to our foods these past decades have my health deteriorated. First the good.. indeed its true, soluble Fiber increase does help with asthma symptoms. ever since i started eating fiber gummies daily my breathing has dramatically improved. 2nd. I didn't know that belly fat produces bad bacteria that contributes to asthma. Ive been trying to rebuild the good bacteria in my stomach by way of Kiefer, and Kombucha which does dramatically help. Also the likes of eating natural fruits and veggies. But in all this it must be said that our regular foods need to be scrutinized. They changed things from how things were decades ago. Meats are no longer the same. Growth Hormones, steroids, high fat feed, antibiotics, chemical to soil. artificial ingredients. Stay away from things that are artificial. artificial sweeteners sugars, they do more harm than good. most actually cause inflammation and weight gain, they are foreign chemicals that most of our bodies reject over time. so why do they recommends such options. because they want you to get sick. because its all a business and they profit most off your never ending ailments. Have you not noticed there is a ton of medications to treat ailments but nothing is ever made to cure. and oh btw, those medications come with side effects, many side effects that cause more problems than they do treat the symptom. and again.. nothing that ever cures. Now they want to sell you fake meat, lab grown meat. They already sell us toxic food, now they want to design it from scratch.. no you can count me out. so how do you shop then? as we use to in the past. local grocers. grocers who obtain their stock from smaller farm operations. not the big privately run conglomerates like Tyson foods. goto farmers markets. and their you will find foods with far less chemicals and intensified practices. Doctors want you to take pills for the rest of your life. NO!!!! take them for a time but also work to ween yourself off the meds. Remember medications force the body into a condition, and it my very well help the situation, but it also comes with side effects, AND are the meds aiding the body to recover or are the meds doing all the heavy lifting? The body can heal itself , meds are suppose to support the bodies recovery not be the solution. Remember its not just about changing your diet but rather changing the source of the food you eat. where is it coming from. We all love the likes of costco and sams, but where is that food coming from. China? you believe that food to be good? do they adheir to the rules and regulations? think not. all these issues began when we stopped producing our own domestic foods for cheap chinese and foreign options. Our foods are now so bad that other nations made our foods illegal to import. their is a reason our nation has an obesity problem and its not from people overeating as so many would suggest. its due to the alteration of our food, to the business behind health.

Spot on; I exist on canned wild salmon, battered haddock, fish fingers, wholemeal bread with non dairy spread, Shredded Wheat and porridge with oat milk, and very weak coffee using the milk also, pears, bananas and mangoes. Not forgetting 85% cocoa solids chocolate!
My cooker and toaster are now redundant, fish is cooked in the microwave.
No vegetables, as they cause wind which affects my breathing.

Rolled oats are great! I recovered fully from severe asthma years ago. It was so bad that I was in emergency room of hospital. This is how I changed my diet (and lost weight wjile never going hungry). Within a week I gelt the difference. After 30 days I had less need for medication. After about 2 - 3 months I no longer needed medication, and never looked back!
Eat: Rolled oats, potatoes (all kinds).
Additional whole grains you can eat: brown rice, bulgar wheat, quinoa, buckwheat, millet, amaranth, polenta...
Absolutely REMOVE all animal products - dairy (especially) including cheese and butter, poultry, fish, meat, eggs, refined sugar(honey ok).
Avoid pasta as many times its made with egg ( unless you can find eggless pasta made with brown wholegrain flour.
Make your own brown bread with mainly 3 ingredients only (whole grain flour, rising agent like yeast or baking powder and water). You can use whole grain brown flour or oat flour, or rye flour (no white wheat flour).
If you have issues with gluten, avoid wheat products completely. You can easily finf gluten-free free alternatives. Do your research.
Eat nuts, avocado, seeds in limited amounts as they are high in fat. Eat beans, vegetables, fruits.
Use very little olive oil, or better still none at all.
No soda or preservatives and addictives. No deep fried foods, no commercial snacks. Make your own popcorn at home instead.
There are great easy and quick plant-based recipes on you tube.

That is correct. Hundred of thousands of people have completely cured their asthma on a carnivore diet without dairy. I am one of them. I have eaten about 2 beef steaks since February 9th. Reduced all my inflammation through that diet and my asthma was completely gone after a month. Look up the carnivore diet and Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Ken Berry, and Dr. Shawn Baker on TH-cam. My allergies are also completely gone. Plant products are actually what makes asthma worse, because they contain a lot of toxins and anti-nutrients that will inflame your body and therefore your lungs. Stop eating plants and go on a carnivore diet and see beautiful results.
