Within professional sports, height often comes into play when people consider whether a player has the potential to make it into the professional leagues. However, regardless of height, talent needs to be assessed and appreciated before ruling out a player from reaching a certain level of potential. Bedard is one of those who has the talent to marvel at but is often overlooked in comparison to other greats of the game given his height. Just put on more muscle to the point where it's not too detrimental to speed

Great points. Crosby and Bedard are a similar height, just give Bedard a few years to grow into his frame and everyone will stop having this conversation.

Crosby seems legit 5'11 and bedard probably closer to 5'9 so it's quite noticeable difference when nhl average height is 6 foot.
