    I have fallen in love with fixing up bikes that need help. Motorcycles are meant to be driven, not sittin! My goal was to get this GSXR back to perfect riding shape so that another rider can enjoy this beautiful machine. With that said, this motorcycle is now for sale! I can't wait to send it home to a new owner who will take care of it.
    If you have any questions about the parts I used, how I did something in the video, why I repaired a certain part of the bike, or just want to tell me where you're watching from, shoot me a comment! Thanks for watching and I will see you in the next build!

    Nice job and you did everything except the stator cover (I would have gone Okem) as I would have. Well done.

    How long have you been working on bikes? When you worked on your first bike, was it all learn as go? Also, do you plan on flipping more bikes in the future? Cuz I'd love to buy one and support the hustle. Keep up the hard work! Very inspirational.

      Thanks for stopping in! I’ve been working on bikes part time for about a year now. I had a basic understanding before I started because I’ve ridden my whole life. But 95% of it has been learned as I go. I for sure am always flipping! What kind of bikes are you interested in?

      @@taylorjhaug I've only ever owned 1 bike in my life. And it was an '05 636. But tbh, really hard to narrow it down. They all look good. Im leaning towards another 636, or gsxr, or a cbr. My plan is to get 2 of the same bike. 1 to ride and 1 to fix. Gonna try and learn to fix as i go.. But I like a blue color scheme. Like the dude from RK Motorsports where he did a rebuild of '07 cbr600rr in baby blue with white wheels. Never thought I'd want one in that color... sure broaden my horizon.

      @@jacloc394 I know the exact CBR you are referring to, he did a great job rebuilding that one! Well, I may have my hands on a 2007 ZX6R really soon. Lmk if that interests you. It was actually my old bike that I sold to my good friend, so the bike has been well taken care of for the past 6 years. It was and still is one of the best bikes I've ever owned, loved that thing.

    Hey taylor I have a 02 gsxr 750 with only 18000 miles great shape very nice bike I just been having some issues for some reason my battery dies after a few attempts on cold start I’m thinking maybe the carburetor or the fuel injectors if you have any suggestions or tips please lmk. Thank you. Your videos are very helpful.

    • @taylorjhaug
      @taylorjhaug  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey buddy, well I believe the 02 is fuel injected so you don’t have a carburetor. How old is your battery? Are you getting 12 Volts from it? Is your battery holding a charge?

    • @aaronmartinez2028
      @aaronmartinez2028 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@taylorjhaug I actually got a new battery a couple weeks ago but still the same issue I tried to adjust the choke valve but still nothing you’ll have to see the carburetor to see what I’m talking about, it’s an older bike that it was used just for racing.

    • @taylorjhaug
      @taylorjhaug  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It also sounds like maybe it’s not getting fuel. Maybe your fuel filter is clogged up.
