in my case i have a DELL latitude 5490 it was working just fine with windows 10 , i decided to update it to WIN 11 and the problems started, took all the steps here but its not charging at all :( help me man got this laptop mint like condition

Mine same problem bro... New battery but not charging... With plugged in it showing 6%, but percentage not increasing
I have same problem but when i upgrade to windows 11 original it's fine than i upgrade to tiny 11 and this happened can you also upgrade to tiny 11 ?
