If I'm not mistaken, you are the bobcat mechanic that gives us so many great tips on how to fix a multitude of problems. On that alone I am willing to give Adams waxes a try because I value your honesty and your willingness to help people. Thank you for all you do.
That must be someone else! But I can tell you this stuff works great. There are a ton of tricks to use out there, but I like this one best because the Glaze works so well on Black paint too. So it does a couple of things really well.
have watched many interior glass videos each with their own twist .. this is the 1st to use an application of a sealer/glaze .. will be curious to see how it performs thanks for the tip ...
So there’s a little Carnauba in it but not enough to really be considered a wax or anything. It’s very very minimal and doesn’t leave much of anything behind. I really like using this when regular glass cleaner doesn’t cut through the haze. It’s really more akin to a polish. Thanks for viewership and please let me know how it turns out!
Amazon in Canada sells this stuff for $30CDN, Adam's sells it for $33.84CDN. That is a lot of cash to find out it doesn't work on my 11 year old off-gas covered windscreen. I have tried all kinds of glass cleaners some only available to commercial users, all do nothing, the best one so far has broken up the film and left little spots of the "oil" all over the windscreen. I'm going to try some of the suggestions below before adding to my CC balance. I do appreciate your video J, thank you.
That makes sense. This has worked well for me, but I can see the hesitation from a cost perspective. I use the glaze mainly on paint and it makes dark colored vehicles look wet. So it has always served a couple of purposes for me.
Save your money; In a spray bottle use 8 parts distilled water, one part white vinegar, one part alcohol and two drops of Dawn dish soap. Apply with a cotton tee shirt.
