Chicken 65 is one of the classic dishes of South Indian cuisine. It originated from Chennai and was introduced in 1965 at the famous Buhari restaurant.

Kerala Christian and Muslim wedding feasts are truly for the Non Veg lovers.. David, we don't have puris or chapattis( which are wheat based) at Kerala weddings
So i think you don't attend any muslim or christian wedding.. every wedding have a vegiterian section sathya with payasam (it's must). For middle class & upper middle class to show there status they provide a variety of foods including poori, porotta & appam (especially can be seen in buffet system) .. 👍
Haha..then I would say once I saw people cooking for 100000 people.I think it was for a temple festival feast.they cooked boiled rice, Sambar, Chutney and blah blah blah.

As I can see cooking is not just a job. It's a skill, patient ,consistent, it's art it's really need patience I guess not everyone can get it to cooking
His explanation on chicken 65 is not right. Chicken 65 was a dish invented by a restaurateur called AM Buhari and it was created in the year 1965 and therby the name. Buhari is originally from chennai and the restaurant is situated in chennai.
Chicken 65 was invented in a South Indian army mess, it was located at number 65 in the menu and was just an amazing fried chicken recipe that the officers loved, hence they just started calling it chicken 65 as there was no proper name for that recipe
Chicken 65 was invented in Madras at Bhuhari restaurant in 1965 hence the name Chiken 65. Army mess menu story is false, because army mess doesn’t have a menu board or don’t have that many dishes, they have selected dishes on each day on a weekly basis
My wedding in 1991 had 100 guests. All served on banana leaf. Not an extensive menu but it was Mutton Biryani, Egg plant curry and Raitha. That's it. No buffet.. my relatives would have felt offended if they were made to que up.
