      Don't think the guy scrubbing it hard, hurt the elephant. Their skin is extremely thick, so she barely felt it.

      @@starlord3212 I saw where the man told David to do it harder, but his gentleness shows me he is a very kind man.

      @@mrskitkatlady i think its what anybody would do, who bathes an elephant for the first time. They will have this preconceived idea that this is an animal like any other pets that they have interacted with and would treat the elephant as gently as they would any other pet.

    • @starlord3212
      @starlord3212 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@mrskitkatlady not saying he isn't a nice guy. Seems like it from his interactions with people. Just saying you shouldn't think too much into how he bathed an elephant.

    • @mrskitkatlady
      @mrskitkatlady 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@starlord3212 I do not disagree with you, but I see more in David than just being kind to a pet. I am an observer of people and I read body language very well. David has shown, through his videos that he has a good heart. The bathing of the elephant was just extra proof.

    I saw the cardamom and pepper plants for the first time. It seems like you've been to the cleanest restaurant that you could get in India. The local guide for you is great. Treating you with perfection as "Athidhi Devo Bhava". The elephant seems sad. :( I have never been to Kerala. Thank you for showing the beauty and great culture of the state of Kerala to the rest of India and the world. I enjoy watching your videos. Keep up the great work. Thank you, David.

      @Roopa Saryu Listen well. Cruelty towards animals is something which the law should strictly deal with. In Kerala, human lives are not robbed away by mobs in the name of beef or mutton or potato. We Malayalees don't distinguish and discriminatepeople based on religion or caste. People are free to eat whatever they desire. There is a reason why human beings have canine teeth and a digestive system which can process meat. Even Dalai Lama eats meat after recommended by his doctor to keep his body healthy and alive. Learn to respect all living beings including human beings before you preach and unlade your superiority complex.

    Where I live there are only 2 extremely mediocre Punjabi restaurants. I love Punjabi food don’t get me wrong but there are no South Indian food availability nearly. Closest Kerala style restaurant is a good 12 hr drive from where I live…also very hard to find any ingredients to cook the food in my city. Only one Indian store and they never have curry leaves even, its mainly north Indian products. Your videos make me crave this food so much… string hoppers are my absolute favorite

      He has mentioned several times that he visited Kerala in January. Otherwise how do you think he could travel around like this during this lockdown period in Kerala. Have come common sense, dude..

      I was in Kerala tourism for 7 years and I've seen that usually foreigners don't encourage or participate in such activities... It's usually the dumb North Indian tourists

      If elephant is not bathed, it will be dirty and will have ticks. Try not bathing any domesticated animal.

      I guess street food variety is bigger in Mumbai. But Kerala us neat and do come to Calicut or Kozhikode after lockdown. You might like it's neatness and food.
