In general most of the weddings in Iran are like this (sometimes some of them have less food) . In my county it is really Important to show your family and relatives that you are wealthy. So many people wait to achieve a huge mony and then get married. Also the parents help them a lot to afford it. But we also have those traditional and family weddings but they are old fashion.

Met an Iranian woman years ago. She was intelligent, sexy and was surprised I wanted to know her and get to know her culture. I learned from her and I have always respected her culture.
