I am not quite sure where you are going with this, but you touched on an interesting point: while I feel that RG is a great writer and even actor when he is doing his own material, you can tell that his roots are not in standup comedy. The ones you mention spent literally decades to hone their craft (they make it look effortless but their delivery has gone through years of test-driving), whereas with RG you always feel he is just telling you a story that your funny uncle could tell you as well. I think when he finds something funny, he will continue telling it the way he tells it, no matter what. More power to him, but when I am watching him it always feels like he's telling us the first thing that comes to his mind. Sometimes funny, sometimes flat. Little forethought. So you believe that report found something, but not the extensive list of people with connections to the Clintons who have died under mysterious and often suspicious circumstances just when they were reported to supposedly be willing to testify against them for various charges. In fact check out the list, if you dare, and see how many close friends and associates have committed suicide by gunshot to the head. It's almost like it's dangerous to know them too well.

Stand up comedians always talk about paying dues, living on the road, years of working out material. It was funny to see him explain to Louis CK, Chris Rock and Gerri Seinfeld, how The Office started his stand up career. Now he’s one of the best, never paying those dues.

I am not quite sure where you are going with this, but you touched on an interesting point: while I feel that RG is a great writer and even actor when he is doing his own material, you can tell that his roots are not in standup comedy. The ones you mention spent literally decades to hone their craft (they make it look effortless but their delivery has gone through years of test-driving), whereas with RG you always feel he is just telling you a story that your funny uncle could tell you as well. I think when he finds something funny, he will continue telling it the way he tells it, no matter what. More power to him, but when I am watching him it always feels like he's telling us the first thing that comes to his mind. Sometimes funny, sometimes flat. Little forethought.
