This is a great example of a all around guitar master. Tone,feel, technical, composition with heart pounding melodies. Andy James is an incredible composer and a phenomenal guitarist. His music has been the soundtrack to the new chapters in my life that I will always remember. This song in particular was part of a great change in my life. Thank you Andy James for all that you do. Please continue my friend.
I don’t even know what to say...maybe this is just totally on a whim to say, but his music takes you somewhere else, almost as if he’s trying to speak through his music. No lyrics needed to feel the message

I discovered Andy James's music and creativity occasionally a week ago. No his music sounds in my player on repeat all day long. It takes me to heaven and than bring back to the ground, and it repeats again and again. The great musician!

Watching this (repeatedly) reminds me of Penn & Teller revealing the mechanics of the trick yet still being affected by the magic.
His music is so soulful not like hey let me shove as many notes in a single measure as possible. I may catch shit but I hear so much crystal planet in his songs. The phrasing and how the mids cut through is a dead ringer. But he’s totally original too. I frigging dig it.

And one of those tracks where, without a doubt, less is more, no need for that crazy and epic speed between arpeggios, fast shred scales and taping. What I like about this is that a lot of it isn't super technical or showy, its just good songwriting. Obviously that solo especially takes things up a notch but still.
