When is the best time of the day to take blood pressure medicine?
Anytime I like taking it early before I go to bed I work overnight. Because. It makes me sleepy and nauseous
I've had a blood pressure of 210/110 for over 3 years now, haven't got a stroke or heart attack yet. I won't take the medication because the side effects make me feel awful. I don't feel sick when my blood pressure is high, i feel normal but the moment i take the medication then i get dizzy, my ankles and lower legs swell, i get chest pain, i start constantly coughing and i get headaches.
Have you tried different types of high blood pressure meds, to find the right one/combination? How about lifestyle changes? Your reading is creating tremendous stress on your organs, among other things. Don't give up. You have to be your own best advocate. Goodluck!
really sorry i dont buy that
You probably had side effects from an ace inhibitor medication which causes coughing . I know Kaiser will let you work with a pharmacist to find the correct medication for yourself. Having that high of a reading can cause kidney damage, eye damage , stroke and heart attack. Do the research on diet like the dash diet, increase aerobic exercise, and increase potassium in your diet .
Hypertension can also sexual dysfunction in men, for example, Erectile Dysfunction.

Just control your diet , eat more potassium, do cardio exercise , and try the dash diet . Monitor your blood pressure daily at home, take co q 10 which helps, and monitor your salt levels.

Yes , this is vital you speak to Dr immediately. This can cause damage to your kidneys, eyes, and you could stroke or have a heart attack. Fasting drops blood pressure so review that in utube and look at dash diet. Monitor your salt intake and keep at 1500 mg per day. Look at lose it app on your iPhone to track your diet and sodium etc.
