Three Technique Tips for Better Walking Basslines on the Hammond B-3

This is a video I’ve wanted to do for a while now. These are 3 technique tips passed on to me from my teachers Dr. Lonnie Smith and Everette DeVan on how to get the best jazz walking bass sound on the Hammond B-3 Organ. Simple concepts that are easy to implement with some focused discipline!
Of course, these things are subjective, and plenty of great players do things differently. Let me know what you think in the comments!

Put it in perspective. When we were born, we weren't coordinated enough to do anything.
We've learned to do a lot since then..🙂

It was hard for me too and it still is difficult sometimes but you'll get better with practice
