When I learned organ all during the Covid shut down, I ran a ton of 2 5 ones and played tons of standards and just drilled and drilled and drilled. Your student already has great chops and an excellent foundation
Just walk into a black missionary baptist church and start playing with the choir. That's what I did and I can play gospel in any key now I did practice how to play I've got rhythm, and three chord blues, in any key before I showed up
