You seems to be almost ok. Your stiches are already healed? Can you share with me that how long it takes to heal the stiches after C-section to move easily.
U can easily move agter 3 to 4 days it will take almost 2 weeks if u continue your medication regularly... but stitches that are inside the belly took more time to heal so if u want to wear this belt wait for atleadt s month

congratulations mam ,mai apki new subscriber hu and also pregnant toh mujhe bhut jarurat h apki guidance ki abhiMam thoda yh clear nhi ho rha h jaise stitches hote h toh koi problem toh nhi ya after stitches remove k baad lgaye

No one should wear belt min before 40 days of C section. Doctors are strictly saying same thing. For review and likes please don’t misguide others. If you will wear belt before 40 days of operation, internal bleeding can start. @All beautiful women: you can look slim after some months of delivery, dont be hurry and dont put yourself in trouble.
My doc suggested to wear it from day 3 of c sec

And instead of spending time here just ask your wife whether she is comfortable to wear belt after 3 days of c-section delivery?? Specially on stitches with heavy virginal bleeding....
My doctor suggested me after 7 days
i have used this belt but it is very uncomfortable to move around. especially the pelvic belt restricted my mobility.
i used it after normal delivery a month ago

My doctor told me not to use any belt or cloth around waist. It's not required. And I have been delivered the baby 1 month ago. Not used anything around waist after C-section

Before wearing belts please check with gynaec • not all recommend it depending on each individual, some develop some issues as well•

This belt is useless. Eat green vegetables and drink warm water and tummy massage, these are things those can help to keep your tummy in shape.
Its more for support and pain relieve following surgery
@@thatmompreneur I have three kids. My third baby was born in October 2021. I ordered this belt from Amazon and honestly this was totally useless. You can't sleep after wearing this belt as it is very uncomfortable and you can't sit. So i want to share my experience with everyone new mom that please you have done c section or Normal delivery, in both cases you should get massage and eat protein.
