After disassembling and reassemblig my mtro shelf, the locking levers for the top shelf will not close. Had no problems with the other sheves. How can I fix this?
Hi there, we're sorry to hear that! You can purchase shelf clips in a 1" diameter and 3/4" diameter here: www.shelving.com/Chrome-Round-Posts-s/254.htm
No wall mounted shelving instructions, probably because wall mount plates are wider than the 2x4 stud, not good. Plastic anchors are not safe to hold a 24 inch wire shelf you have to screw to a stud . No wonder there's not a video for instructions.
The clips are sliding even when on proper notch these are crap once the clips get old this is ABSOLUTELY useless. I wouldn't buy these again for anything. Avoid it like the plague
I love the slogan😂
With my Style 5 shelf there are some black plastic washers in the box, where do these go?

do these clips ever come apart?
I have 2 short shelving units. I got them together now, and I want to combine them and make one taller shelf.
Our brand of wire shelving cannot be connected to each other to increase the height.
When I bought my shelf, there were plastic anchor cones missing and I could not complete the assembly. Where can I buy more of just the clips?

We would be happy to help! Can you please elaborate on what blue things you are referring to?
