Great tips Mark, always on point. I definitely agree especially with your point number 3, never rely on business with your friends. I mean they can support you at the beginning but then your success don’t depend on them. You also made a great comparison with youtube channel, most of the viewers are people you don’t know who are interested in your content. Same thing with business. 😊
