Power on stiffen the suspension action, brakes have similar effect, this was nice demonstration, your suspension travel is very large on today's bikes and its movement needs to be under your control, always that's what makes fitness important, but knowledge is equally important as technology increases, great work,I've been working on doing a beginners school of MX,for my local motorcycle dealers just to help newbys get a head start and if they want I'll train them to get to Lorettas and help them with strengthening to get ready for the pros, its nice to see someone take the time to show the right way, that would have been awsum when I was younger and clueless, thanks again,I really like you Aussie accent it's soothing tone and I could listen to you for hours, not like other accents that take away from the learning or make it harder to understand. Roost on...

Yeah my Verizon phone has a spelling mind of its own,it changes words sometimes while I am writing sorry about that,I usually proof read it before I send it,so it correct and not misunderstood...sorry again..
Working with your suspension is the most important part of riding any bike, motocross especially with the ton of movement that does happen, you need to be in charge of weight movement...its key...my first jump I jumped was a old tree stump it don't get any tougher,a kicker...a lot of work to keep that level,in my yard.

Lofting I like that, makes sound more technical, than US ole pop a wheely ,good tip thou, what he really doin is taken the bounce the front forks would give the bike and riders position upsetting both, and loss of traction, and time.easily translated in to English, where you blokes from,Brazil, south A,nah just kidding good job keeping it simple, and showing good shots, film slow motion, this is technique,I stole many moons ago, from Jean Michelle Bayle at NY Giants SX,he was lifting the front wheel, for ways thru the hole whoops section right before the finish line,be it that I have tremendous balance from, skateboard vert abilitys,I was able to do it every lap, drop it down right on the last really big one,get back foward gas off the back side,of last whoop and shoot up to the Finish line jump, quite fun, that was twenty years before Travis show up...doin the lofting technique, had some bonuses ,first it saved a ton of energy,on my arms and upper body, which I think was main reason Jean Michelle was doin it,probably most important the boogers, put a double size whoop last,to kill all your momentum,so no matter how good you got thru dem whoops, the last one put rear tire off ground,no traction,I think that's what Bayle was trying to sort out,he was the only one doing, the whole whoop section,ah it was just a bunch of fun,and it was more learning of what the suspension does how to work with the bike, at different angles extreme and what not,it was just a test, see why and what, doin it in a race every lap,I think takes to much concentration, away focus, hey if I remember Bayle had a big lead out front when he started doin it.Just good to learn, stops the unsettleness ....new word.
