Mine gave up her rights to the aunt and when I found out about it I went to court ,the aunt pulled me aside and asked me how I found out about it . I told her it was none of her business. The fact that they were doing this behind my back. She told me over her dead body when I get these kids. So when the judge read the verdict. If anybody disagreed with this ,I stood up, And said I do, the judge asked, Who are you, I told him I was the father and they still deny me for standing up taken responsibility for my kids without a paternity twithout. The 4 legal ways that they're supposed to present it to you. Video voice written or verbal. A constitutional rights have been violated on a mass level , along with many , many other men out there
They somehow removed all of our rights to the constitution. And put us under the bank constitution. So now everything is securities fraud. Having said that, me and several co-workers seen this and compare our facts/figures and we concluded that "The State is out to award the female/mother a MAX SALARY ESTIMATED guideline that awards them the Max/on the max estimate (if you catch my drift, like he said in a different context, "They double dipping") Meaning they use your income figures and use "guidelines and facts/figures" to decide what you pay. It's like if they decide oh okay you make this much $$$ so we estimate you will pay $1100-$1500 a month. Okay, we figured out they gone charge you $1500 a month on that, so they double fkn you. Hit you with a high Estimate that's high already and then hit you with the top end of the estimate, so anybody with a 100 IQ (most folks) can see when there is "Evil at work behind the scenes" if you catch what I'm saying, a person knows when something has been designed for their benefit or their detriment LOL 100% for sure. If you a male in the child support system, you know you've been Swindled by hustlers when you get done. I didn't find out about my daughter for 16 years. Until the night I was arrested for child support. Our cases are almost identical.. I was never given the chance to take care of her. the problem is we have a basic understanding on whats really taken place ...do realize that they don't speak english but they speak legalese, when someone makes a claim against you you have to respond back to it. learn contract law and how to legally respond to a presumption. if you claim to be a us citizen you give them jurisdiction over you so all of your rights are automatically waived . child support is not unconstitutional. The gentleman is getting into technicalities. It’s not really voluntary as soon as you sign a birth certificate you’re the father and when you go through a divorce, they automatically put you on child support as part of the divorce. Been there done that I get what he saying, technically it is voluntarily, but you would literally have to know the loopholes. joint custody doesn’t relieve you from pain Child Support people have this misconception if you have the exact same time as your ex, but you make more money than them they will collect child support from you and that’s the biggest problem that I have with the system because now you’re being punished because you make more money than the other person, even though you have the child, the exact same amount of time, and in my opinion, that makes it a scam
How do you make the playing field even?? When the courts are corrupt, the system is corrupt and you have a low wage income and can’t afford a good attorney. I can’t tell you as a single mother what I’ve been through in court, I have two children I have full time that live with me and two children I pay child support for I’ve filed numerous of modifications and reviews and have not got any help my only options is to hire an attorney.
Big dog what about my situation, I had my parental rights taken away. But still have to pay child support. I just want to see my son. In the beginning his mom asked for supervised visitation and I missed the intake. I was young and dumb. Plus upset I had to do supervised visitation for no reason. I was just as qualified to be a parent as the mother was so why did I have to have supervised visitation. The reason they gave me was because I was a first time father and they didn’t know if I could handle it because they had no evidence to say I could. After missing the intake his mom went for full custody and got it then one year later went and had my rights taken away.

Also Im going through it I instantly knew it was fraud when I was a medical high risk pregnancy bed rest and they didn't tell me to bring any paperwork of any kind with me and when I told her she asked if I had any medical problems at the court she literally said well I see you on your taxes you only made $10,000 this year I'm going to put that she made $15,000. And I didn't owe anything I went to prison for a year my parents had my kids that I signed them over to willingly because they were conned into getting something called kinship benefits for while I was locked up I was told to pay that back I paid that back but I was never told that I had to refile for termination I was just told pay this back and it's over and guess what $6,000 later after the pandemic It's not over.ill go to jail i have my kids...

My foreign born son WHO LIVED WITH ME in CA became emancipated in 2006. In 2017 I got a notice, wage garnishment, and social security garnishment served by NV, for child support going back to a 1992 AZ court order when he was FOUR. Been getting the run-around ever since. In 2017 I was told the balance is $22k. This year they claim it is MAGICALLY $64k. They have my license, passport and $183 every month.

The problem with going for 50/50 through a judicial process not administrative is youre now volunteering for child support. Remember its in the courts, " all courts " best interest to have a big winner and a big loser. Let that sink in. In my opinion the only way around this for fathers who do want to be apart of their children's lives is to make sure you specifically address your custody desire but under no circumstances agree to child support being implemented. Unfortunately this in most cases wont sit well with judges in your favor. Now what? Work things out with your ex or await your children turning 18 and repair, repatch your relationship at that time. The gentleman is getting into technicalities. It’s not really voluntary as soon as you sign a birth certificate you’re the father and when you go through a divorce, they automatically put you on child support as part of the divorce. Been there done that I get what he saying, technically it is voluntarily, but you would literally have to know the loopholes. joint custody doesn’t relieve you from pain Child Support people have this misconception if you have the exact same time as your ex, but you make more money than them they will collect child support from you and that’s the biggest problem that I have with the system because now you’re being punished because you make more money than the other person, even though you have the child, the exact same amount of time, and in my opinion, that makes it a scam

How do you make the playing field even?? When the courts are corrupt, the system is corrupt and you have a low wage income and can’t afford a good attorney. I can’t tell you as a single mother what I’ve been through in court, I have two children I have full time that live with me and two children I pay child support for I’ve filed numerous of modifications and reviews and have not got any help my only options is to hire an attorney.

In the beginning his mom asked for supervised visitation and I missed the intake. I was young and dumb. Plus upset I had to do supervised visitation for no reason. I was just as qualified to be a parent as the mother was so why did I have to have supervised visitation. The reason they gave me was because I was a first time father and they didn’t know if I could handle it because they had no evidence to say I could. After missing the intake his mom went for full custody and got it then one year later went and had my rights taken away.

I love this sadly Hamilton County Ohio system is solely about the money not the safety and if she's white she wins mother state... Also Im going through it I instantly knew it was fraud when I was a medical high risk pregnancy bed rest and they didn't tell me to bring any paperwork of any kind with me and when I told her she asked if I had any medical problems at the court she literally said well I see you on your taxes you only made $10,000 this year I'm going to put that she made $15,000. And I didn't owe anything I went to prison for a year my parents had my kids that I signed them over to willingly because they were conned into getting something called kinship benefits for while I was locked up I was told to pay that back I paid that back but I was never told that I had to refile for termination I was just told pay this back and it's over and guess what $6,000 later after the pandemic It's not over.ill go to jail i have my kids...

In 2017 I got a notice, wage garnishment, and social security garnishment served by NV, for child support going back to a 1992 AZ court order when he was FOUR.
Been getting the run-around ever since. In 2017 I was told the balance is $22k. This year they claim it is MAGICALLY $64k. They have my license, passport and $183 every month.
I’m told nothing can be done either. Paying so much in interest. I owe more than I did 5 years ago because of interest. No lawyer will touch me because they don’t want to help a man/ father

The problem with going for 50/50 through a judicial process not administrative is youre now volunteering for child support. Remember its in the courts, " all courts " best interest to have a big winner and a big loser. Let that sink in. In my opinion the only way around this for fathers who do want to be apart of their children's lives is to make sure you specifically address your custody desire but under no circumstances agree to child support being implemented. Unfortunately this in most cases wont sit well with judges in your favor. Now what? Work things out with your ex or await your children turning 18 and repair, repatch your relationship at that time. Or agree to child support
