This is unfortunate circumstance that happened to this man. Adults need to take responsibility for their actions. The fact that a city agency staff did fraudulent behaviors is a major concern.
He needs to hold that women accountable. The only reason they came after him is because she gave the county his name as the father to get welfare.

My coworkers cousin met a girl and used my coworkers name. When she got pregnant she put my coworker on child support. It took him 3 years to clear it up!! They garnished his check the whole time. He never even met the girl 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

I’m glad where I live if the parents weren’t married when child was born or if affidavit of paternity wasn’t signed…the man will not be listed on BC until paternity is established. The mother can’t receive CS or cash assistance from said dad until it happens.

A parent that has custody has a right to go back 12 yrs on the back child support.

@feefee2 I know it sucks here in California. All they need is your signature on the BC. Then you're done, even if you prove through DNA you're not the father. Then if they don't know who the father is. The Cali courts can subpoena you to come for a DNA test. If you don't show up they can legally make you the father without DNA. The majority of women in Cali really don't want it changed. They benefit from it to much at fathers expense

I live in Florida and I truly believe the system here was intentionally holding the money from the mother of my kids just so the state could collect interest off the money I'd paid out. There was multiple times in 2007 i would get phone calls from the mothers of both of my kids saying where is my money? I'd always hang up on them and tell them you need to contact child support as it was taken out of my check.

Child support should be a civil lawsuit with the custodial parent petitioning the court for the non-custodial parent to pay.
I agree it should be civil to an extent but at some point it should be criminal if they never do anything and a parent runs then ya you should be arrested and forced to work until you start paying consistently, but if you’re trying and just aren’t made of money then they shouldn’t suspend ur license and shit bc if they suspended ur license then that just limits you and makes it almost impossible to pay bc now not only are you broke but you can’t drive to work or drive to do side jobs to make extra money, and by suspending it you took money from my kid bc after all the fees to get it back it’s around $120-$140 at the most
If it's just civil then there's really no consequences to make the parent pay.

I work for a government agency in California, and if mom applies for cash assistance from the state, a child support case gets opened. The state doesn’t not want to pay BUT they will and IF dad’s wages get garnished, that money is used to pay the state and mom gets $50. ALSO when your kids get SSI income, the state will deduct from parents retirement income to pay back the state for the child’s SSI
This is sad. That woman need to be in prison for fraud. She turned this man's life upside down. I hope everything turns out in his favor and his case sets a precedence.
Precedents will be set with this federal case.
Stories like this are the reason why The Red Pill Movement exists, to inform men.
⚠️ 📢 🚨 with child support, there should be accountability and oversight on the mother 👩... just like you have to give monthly 📅 the mothers should have to report directly book keeping, receipts and actual paper 📃 documentation on how that money each and every dime money 💰 went to that child. The thing that irritated the hell out of me is when after this man told this horrific story with child support enforcement Angela Yee fixed her mouth and asked him, "so did you establish a relationship with the child?
Was that supposed to be a serious question? I mean come on, did you even listen to anything this man was saying?
There are millions of stories like this story out there, but one of the biggest problems with the child support system is that it is completely fragmented across states to the point where a friend of mine who was in the military with me had four separate cases for 1 child across 4 different states, and that was because every state that he had been stationed in up to that point wanted to get their cut.
This is the problem with the child support system in a nutshell, it's pretty much a racketeering ring at this point.

No lie, Ye earned my respect with this interview. A lot of women wouldnt have taken this interview based on biases alone.
If you go back and listen to the interview in the beginning, she says, so this is your baby right? So without even letting the story come out she was already tried to give him a baby. This is why the women's content is so off. The only hear what they want to hear and not listen to the information.

I USED TO BE IN THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM AND LET ME TELL YOU MOST OF THESE KIDS ARE IN THE SYSTEM BECAUSE OF THERE MOTHERS AND THESE WOMAN PAY NO CHILD SUPPORT THE SYSTEM FEEDS THE CHILDREN CLOTHE THEM AND TAKE CARE OF THE CHILDREN WHILE THE MOTHER GETS TO REPEAT THE SAME CYCLE THEY LOOSE THEY KIDS AND HAVE MORE AND ARE NOT HELP RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THEM
One lawyer said something like the courts and the government in some of these states be looking to make money from child support. For example, let’s say you and baby mama got something worked out with the father .Then mama applies for government assistance. But later Uncle Sam finds out baby mama getting money from the father. Uncle Sam says we’ll cut you off from assistance unless they get a cut of that child support money. Baby mama is then pressured to use the legal route against the father and obviously destroying the relationship. The state and the prosecutors now go after the father for more money. Baby daddy getting garnished so big he couldn’t even afford a studio in the hood even if making a six figure salary!
Yes the State receive at the very least 16% of Child Support, this is outside all court proceedings etc

My Non Custodial parent was named the parent by default. Failure to appear three times, the judge ruled the non custodial to be the parent
“Participation by a state in the IV-D program is voluntary”. Wehunt v. Ledbetter, 875 F.2d 1558, 1563 (11th Cir. 1989).
“Title IV-D was not intended to benefit individual children and custodial parents, and therefore it does not constitute a federal right. Far from creating an individual entitlement to services. Thus, the Secretary must look to the aggregate services provided by the State, not to whether the needs of any particular person have been satisfied. Blessing v. Freestone, 520 U.S. 329, 333 (1997).
But she lied from the beginning stating you were the father. Why do we always protect these women that set out to destroy us, even from the age of 12. This is why these types of women will never have any accountability.

LA system is flawed, I been in my daughter's life since day 1 and after 9 years we went to court and the judge wouldn't grant me 50% and my daughter isn't happy with her mom.

The name of his book would lead you to believe you can avoid paying child support on legitimate cases. Don't try this at home kids lol. And FYI - every state has different laws.
No what it does is show you need to be your own advocate rather than sitting back whining and bitching. Use the laws just like he did. It inmates in prison that read law books and got themselves released. He isnt the only one that have won their cases.

That’s crazy I keep telling everybody child support is a scam and this guy goes through that stuff and I feel his pain and I’ve been on child support since 2009 I just got off 2024. I lived in a in different state and she had my kids live with different people for four or five years and they still let her collect and I try to fight it and they did not want to hear it.

In a way he’s right the way he’s making it seem. It’s incorrect though he’s making it seem like you actually volunteer signed some document for Child Support. No that’s not true that’s incorrect. What happens is if there’s a birth certificate and you sign it as the father that he’s meaning that that’s voluntary, but no Man knows that and if you’re married to this woman and she divorces you, you’re automatically gonna go on Child Support that’s literally part of the divorce so technically he’s right, but I do not know how in this modern time this system still exist

Facts. Pay child support like clock work. Haven’t seen my kids since before the divorce. Spent money on attorneys and she never complied with the custody order since 2019. And each time the judge simply says you gotta let him see the kids.

A lot of men should take paternity tests after the baby is born or find out later on & have to suffer. The men who run and get on child support and take the test should not complain when they don’t take or help with the child.
Women are afforded child support even when paternity tests show the man is not the father, as a woman you attempting to push this back onto men and deflect fault from women is sad, not to mention you being a woman and not having knowledge of this.

33% of all Child Support cases show the man alleged to be the father is not the biological fathers, these studies were executed by the CDC as well as Planned Parenthood.
38% of all Child Support cases show women wait until after the Child is born to divulge information to the alleged father that he may be the father, which means there are women carrying children for 8+ months, having the child, seeking benefits from the state, getting them THEN putting men on child support before telling them they may have a child.

Men who impregnate women and they are not married receive no rights to the child, yes you read that correctly and feel free to look this up in your own state, if a Man is unmarried, impregnates a woman he has NO RIGHTS to the child, he has to go through a process in your state entitled "Legitimation" in order to earn rights to the child.

@@TKNLordiceman826where I live, if theres no marriage, the father has to either waive his right to a paternity test or take 1 before he can be put on child support or on a birth certificate. I know it varies by state and more states need to implement that!

Well clearly you're accidentally lying, because this child was not his child. And there has been an abundance of cases across time & the country of men on child support accidentally with no bio child or a lie about it being his child. And most States stance on the subject is that once the Judge signs off and the case starts its for the duration. Please read more, child support was started by the US Gov to recoup funds from programs such as WIC, Welfare, Subsidized Housing & etc. You can even be ordered to pay support for an adopted child as well!

They didn’t start the case until 7 years later. But it is confusing. It appears as if he didn’t take it serious until it was too late.

This is an unfortunate incident in his case! Yes, there should be reform in this sector just like the medical, education, etc need reform. Nevertheless, some ppl are ALWAYS complaining about what the government is doing. Honestly, most of these things exist in the first place because some ppl DON'T take care of their responsibilities on a personal level first!
Stop being reckless out here. Also, all cases are NOT the same. More often than not, both parents can come to a financial agreement OUTSIDE of court. Not every situation needs to go before a judge. At the end of the day, the child SHOULDN'T have to suffer financially because of the parents!
