I love that first plant it’s gorgeous, I could never put on gloves to play in dirt there’s nothing nicer than a handful of dirt
Yes, it’s so beautiful! And I definitely have some bare hands in dirt videos somewhere around here 😂
I have a Baltic Blue Pothos that is growing at the base of a Fiddle Leaf Fig. This plant LOVES to climb.

Aw I’m so happy we got the same plants at the same time! 🥰💕 I definitely like the Peru better but don’t tell my Pothos hahah

@@aprilbrooks Definitely give us an update. I put mine outside for the summer and it was 2.5 times larger and the color is dope. very intense.
I wish I could find plants that nice at my Lowe's! Our Lowe's is where plants go to die.
Lmaooo that’s like my Walmart, worst place for plants!

I NEED an update on the Baltic Blue plants!!! Please!!!
It got tossed a week later! It was infested with mealy bugs 🤮
That vase you put the baltic pothos in is gorgeous! Where did you get it from?
It’s thrifted!
Hey April, I recently added a Cebu Blue and Monsters Peru into my collection and I love them. Both of them are living in leca. I saw your beautiful Peru and it was love at first sight and from that point I just had to have one. I know you have the Baltic Blue in this video but I'd love to see an update on your Peru and Cebu Blue.
I think I recently showed them in a houseplant update video! But if not, I post a lot of updates on my Instagram story 😇 I had to toss the Baltic blue because it was infested with mealy bugs I didn’t see before ☹️
I shut down whatever I’m doing when you drop a video lol 💅🏽.
Plastic cup ❤
Sidenote: the only thing that worked for my Peru props was spag moss and I found that it roots slowly(I didn’t use the rooting hormone)
Aw you’re so sweet! Thanks for the tip girl 🥰🌿
These plants are beautiful. I too, always walk thru the plant section in every big box store. Question; sometimes the plants I buy do NOT have an identification stick in them. Is there an app that you use to identify your plants that you do not know?
Thank you! 😊 and honestly, no. I’ve used them in the past and have gotten some inaccuracies so I tend to stay away lol Facebook groups could be helpful though!
Can you tell me where you get your LECA. The ones I purchased are bigger and I don't like LECA but use them to plug up holes in my pots. I think smaller would be better.
Amazon girl! I haven’t bought any in a WHILE, but I think I have some linked on my Amazon 🫶🏽
I like both of them I'm going to hit the Big box store and see can I find one of them tomorrow. Your video was a little dark I saw you say is it dark and he was a little dark I could see it but I'm just saying I'm not as light as usual good video though 😘🙏🏾😇
I hope you find one! 🤞🏽🌿 and I know, the sun is starting to set earlier. Biggest downfall of the season change 😆
percentage wise: do you have more success moving small plants or large established plants into leca?
I would say smaller plants, but that’s only because there are less soil roots therefore less chance of rotting. Lol
let me ask you this: i have an established calathea that i would like to transistion to leca. The roots are about 5-6 " long. If were to trim them to about 3" long.....would this help the plant survive and cut down the chance of root rot? just saying?
How many inches are the pots you’re using? I have too many plants. I need to sell some. I have a plant buying problem.
They’re six inch I believe, I linked them in the description 🌿😇
Yes my plant has definitely been growing in the vase forever. It wld be so nice if someone would pot it for me "hint hint"lol. ♥️♥️#mamaofmotherofplants
As soon as I get more Leca 😂
hahahaah *cries* I paid $20 for two leaves three years ago
omg that’s exactly what I’m talking about 😆 terrible!
