@@fishyboy820yt Kenadian mentioned in the video that the server probably had a mob switch, which is a survival viable way to turn off hostile mobs. It does this by putting enough non despawnable mobs to fill the hostile mob cap. They turn the switch on by moving the mobs into spawn chunks which are never unloaded. (Non despawnable mobs can't be nametagged or in a vehicle or they're removed from the mob cap, so some of the only mobs that can't despawn that count towars the hostile mob cap are shulkers, elder gaurdians, evokers or vindicators from mansions, or, most commonly, zombie villagers that have been traded with before zombification)
@@fishyboy820yt you would need a guard to drop the pearl like in the video, I think they could have used some type of mob switch but they doesn't really explain how the wandering trader got there unless they placed it in, after all, It is scripted.
@@Fluenxyeh, probably just a regular hostile mob switch. Passive mobs aren't affected. But yeah, the gaurds were just handing out pearls and letting them keep them like they're not the most op prison escaping item.
canonically on the server there'd definitely be a mob switch a million blocks out being constantly loaded by people or a chunk loader, though it's fair that you get a pearl since you'd also be able to take them from the guards, nice escape!

hey, I have noticed that you forgot some things: 1) The guards will move you, which means that they will have noticed that you are not in your cell. 2) The walls are covered in chunk bans, so it would be very hard to pearl over. 3) In the prison they had 2 people, so it would be harder to communicate, get the pearls, you don't know where the chunk bans are so freely walking would be supper risky!
1:40 RESOURCE CONSERVING place a block 4 blocks down instead of 2 so you can get down without taking damage but still conserving resources. (Kenedian is not proud) Edit: You can also break the blocks you were previously on, so theoretically you could scale down that whole wall with 2 blocks.

Here's another thing. Instead of doing that whole stasis chamber thing. All the prisoners needed was a bed to be able to get all of their stuff. The visitor tames/breeds like, 20 or so cats, and sits them all down. After he's put into the visiting process, he has a friend hit his cats, causing them to unsit and teleport to him inside the prison. He kills the cats for string, crafts the string into wool, crafts the wool into a bed, and sets his spawn somewhere hidden from the gaurds. Once he's transported out he gets all the gear he desires, goes to the end, and goes into the exit portal, transporting him to his bed in the prison with all the gear for escaping.

@@SlickNinja71 I see your point. Thought this video was just to escape the download the creator of the prison released. So I can’t assume there ‘wouldn’t’ be emeralds. Also, the method parrot got the ender pearl by isn’t actually as impossible as you might think. Finally, a mob switch would be annoying on a server, and likely would only be allowed to be used in specific cases. So, I believe this escape is valid.
@@TheButler76 good idea! Unfortunately it won’t work. This prison was designed to not have any lava in the interior, so it’s impossible to get obsidian. That is why the whole prison is made out of crying obsidian instead of obsidian.
@@fishyboy820yt I meant as in later in the escape, the storage room is made of obsidian and the chests have multiple stacks. Then you could just skip the whole chunk ban stage.

Mobs cant spawn in the prison so getting the ender pearl at the start might be a bit harder.

if the prison is designed for hardcore mode that means item smuggling things in is much easier
