We need more talent (clearly) but I think they early on this season there will be growing pain as the team irons out the scheme.
Yeah, i will admit I got too sucked into the hype and ignored how many growing pains the team would go through with almost half of the roster being new. If anything, we should have expected a game closer to what happened than us actually winning
Plenty of people saw through the hype. Look at Bryce’s “highlight” reel on TH-cam from last season. It’s full of that would be considered very run-of-the-mill plays from any top 10 quarterback. But people still gushed over them I feel like Bryce could microwave a hot pocket and people would ohh and ahh over his culinary talent
@5:24 If Bryce would've looked to the other side of the field, he had a guy wide open on the 20 yard line. You said the same thing I been saying at the end. Bryce is comfortable when he knows he's not going to get hit. When in the game, he gets scared and rushed his throws and all footwork and mechanics go out the window.
@@justinroberts51 this is a an all time terrible roster. Clowney is the best player Def player. And a guard I'd the best off player. It's going to be a blowout
My opinion is that the Panthers have to play him the rest of the season. one of two things will happen from that: he will figure it out and we have our franchise QB, or he wont figure it out and we will end the season with a top 3 draft pick. The team has 23 new faces that have hardly played together with a struggling QB and new HC. It needs time. If we look like this by the bye week I will seriously worry and look forward to a new QB but hopefully Canales and Morgan get 3 years
@SophisticatedBob it's sink or swim time. In either case the result is the best the team can get. The worst would be starting dalton, winning 7 games and not having a top pick for a qb
@@WerdUp13 yeah, no. If he was the only reason the team looked bad, then maybe thatd be the case, but the team played poorly at every level against the saints. Playing Dalton doesnt do anything besides give us a shot at being outside the top 5 for a QB if the defense manges to come together

I finally feel good about our coach and GM but Bryce does not have the intangibles. Hell he doesn’t even have the tangibles. Why are neither the QB or WRs ANY better than last year? What the fuck do they do all day? You’d think someone points out these errors to them and they would pull their heads out of their asses and fix it but they continue to act like they have never played football before
Yeah that first pick, still looks like the WR is being held which plays a part in that play, the 2nd one is panic mode + trying to make something happen out of nothing. This is good analysis; I still think Bryce is a hell of a good QB. But they should have ran the ball more, run it even down 17-0, until the Saints are forced to play honest defense instead of sit on the passing plays they know are coming.
Amazing how the Giants can give Daniel Jones six years, but we're ready to abandon Bryce after the first game in his second season. That said, he has a TON of work to do, to improve.
