Because of you, I have gone all natural and have been eating healthier. Before finding you, I didn't really pay attention very much to what I eat, but now I include fruits and vegetables and oils into my meals and have completely cut out processed foods. I have even completely cut out using heat on my hair. You also helped me with my acne. You have made me a happier person in general and are really a true inspiration to me. I know that oils are unhealthy, but I personally (correct me if I'm wrong) believe that oils like sesame and coconut and olive oil can be good for you as long as you have small amounts of it every once in a while. But thanks for the tip :)
+Jenine Alsouqi oils are ok as long as not cooked at a high heat which causes bubbles & transfats. Atleast that's my understanding why dressings with oil are ok but fried food in oil is not.
I think it's your own self that did it. I always do my own research from professionally Qualified medical sources. Eating healthy is a wonderful life style thanks toy dad I've grow up eating healthy organic foods. Working out is a good combination. Hope this helps too☺
