The way I see it, you can spend sometime planning & prepping what you eat or spend time later in doctors waiting rooms.Take the time & take care of yourself.
It's important to watch what you eat. That's why we have an obesity problem in America. Many of us don't watch what we eat
She has money to buy fresh organic produce. It is super expensive to eat healthy nowadays. That is why there is going to be a bigger divide as if they’re already wasn’t born, poor people, being fat, and having no healthcare and dying young rich people able to afford healthcare and buy healthy food food and living longer.

@@HH-gv8mx My local supermarket sells a bunch of bananas for the same price as a box of sweets. Eggs, salad, veg, chicken, they're cheaper than processed meals.
@@rasher331 chicken, eggs, salad.. produce is all expensive. I don’t buy sweets or processed food. A handful of garlic at WALMART (the cheapest store near me) cost $5. A box of spinach $5.. at the other store it’s $9. 2 red onions $7. Eggs $6 not organic but cage free.

Gisele is so knowledgeable and charismatic. Now you can see why she's so successful and genuine. Her authenticity is her biggest value.
It's wonderful that she's giving back and seems so grounded.
I know of her since the beginning of her career, she has being so real and humble all this years. Always helping and elevating others, she is a great human being that deserves the best in life.

She's right. I was going through the same thing, daily panic attacks, anxiety, bloating and acne. Cleaned up my diet and started walking and everything changed.
Honestly ppl mock her bc she’s a mdoel but I ate very healthy my whole life until I went through grief and trauma. My world was turned upside down and I began drinking too much,eating fast junk and when you’re depressed you sure don’t want to shop,meal prep or eat fish and vegetables! My depression was so bad I’d rather starve than have to eat “healthy”. That was my mindset. So I finally told myself I was dying slowly by what I was doing, and began to eat healthy and curb my drinking and I’m feeling and looking so much better. Food really is medicine. It’s a long term change not fast one. We always look for fast relief when we’re going through some stuff but it’s not worth it. You end up feeling a lot worse.
The own thing that is keeping me going against my heart wrenching grief is passion for a healthy mind -body connection. Its my saving grace.
I’ve always eaten healthy and been active and lean. I prepare my own food. But since I’ve sunken into this deep depression in the last 9 months, I don’t eat anything all day long, and I only eat at night, and I stay in bed most days I barely see some light anymore. And for the first time I’ve gained a lot of weight. Most people would lose weight with this type of intermittent fasting, sometimes not eating for 24 to 48 hours. But it’s the inactivity that’s killing me.
@@HH-gv8mxI’ve been through the same thing, on a very similar timeline. Just take the tiniest step you can, shuffle out of bed inch by inch if you must, or when you inevitably get out of bed to go to the bathroom, see if you can delay returning to bed to do even a few minutes of a productive activity. The fact you’re watching this means you are seeking health, deep down ❤
Agree with you about the healthy eating but I don’t see many people mocking her, given her high profile. She commands a lot of respect & even affection everywhere she goes

No one knows what goes on in a marriage but the people in it. Originally I “didn’t like Giselle” for no reason at all. Then I saw a Vogue video on TH-cam called “75 questions”. They do that video with various celebrities. Giselle’s video gave me a first look at who she is. I watched other 75 questions video where the celebrity was rude. Giselle was really personable, nice and funny. I then saw a video where she explained more about her path through depression, etc and she was so open and real. I thought to myself how many people do I make a poor judgement on that I don’t know.
One thing I will say… for years she supported Brady in his football career. (I mean mentally and keeping their family together not $ money wise) The first time he was retiring (he ended up going back) as soon as the season was over I saw a video where he was on his way with Ben Affleck to Las Vegas leaving the family he rarely saw. I thought. That’s weird. He’s been tied up for the last 10 months.
So I have friends that say well they have money meaning that should help them avoid divorce. What? How?
Cheating rumors are just that…rumors. We don’t know. And I don’t condone cheating at all. My feeling is if someone wants to skip out on a marriage…get divorced first. And it’s always 3 sides to a story anyway my grandmother would say. So I’m a fan of hers and as a New York Jets fan I never thought I’d say this… I like Tom Brady too. They’re good people. I hated hearing about the divorce. I just went through mine and even though I asked for it… no one is unscathed when a divorce happens.
I may buy her book after I look at it. I’m looking for healthier, natural food. Anyway I wish them all well.
