    Whats funny is I thought the sticks would be the one thing that gets improved. The sticks on the V1 are good, but a little stiff for my tastes. Guess it's better than the V2's!

    Well the first edition is definitely better but for the second they tried not be exclusive to just certain devices which I think is great. Only issue I see is how much cheaper the plastics seem on it. I'm currently using my kunai 3 with my rog 5s pro but will be switching phones and this was an option for me but may not be now.

    • @CompleteGeekTV

      Possibly! It all depends on how big the external cooler is. The back of the Kishi isn’t too thick but it does go directly across the middle of the phone

    Super psyched about the V2 so I’ve looked at a number of reviews. Every one keeps saying “oh the sticks are so switch like”
    As someone who has two kids who are tough on controllers, I’ve used multiple joy cons, never saw this mythical “drift” that people talk about. Our family has the OG switch and the OLED. Zero drift!

    • @CompleteGeekTV
      @CompleteGeekTV  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I was just telling Adam the same thing. While we were mostly commenting on feel of these sticks (which is totally preference) I myself think the whole drift situation is blown way out of proportion. I own 3 switch pro controllers and 8 Joy cons for my family and none of them have ever had any drift!

      @@CompleteGeekTV I do think the v1 is a great controller. But as an iOS user I don’t know if the v2 is worth the upgrade. My only gripe with v1 is the flimsy way it expands. My Razer Kishi 1 just died as the dpad stopped working properly. Lately I have fallen in love with you guys videos. I commented yesterday on your video of the Gamesir vs Backbone vs Kishi v2 and said I would get a Gamesir v3 after that. HOWEVER, now after watching this I don't know anymore... For me personally what I like most is less clicky A,B,X,Y buttons, Analog Triggers, and how easy the device is to transport as I used to put my Kishi v1 in my pocket all the time.
    Do you guys have any suggestions or help you can offer? I will be in the market for a new controller very quick. My gaming life has now been put on hold unfortunately due to dpad issues...

    • @CompleteGeekTV
      @CompleteGeekTV  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      We appreciate the support and glad that you've been enjoying the videos. This is a tough one because the new Kishi V2 is also clicky and we just had every one on the team hold both and click them to see which had more of a click and everyone said they think the Kishi V2 has the loudest click. It's still very compact, has a better dpad, and they best shoulder and triggers buttons so it's still a solid device but clicky buttons and worse sticks. We hope that helps and understand this is a hard choice. Definitely let us know if you have any other questions as we are happy to help.

      I've done a ton of thinking on this over the past while. I've decided to go with the Moga Controller over the Kishi v2. I like that the Moga is made by Xbox, or at least sponsored by. I also like that the Moga Controller can connect to other devices besides my Android and that it comes with a 2 year warranty. Most of the others come with only 1. Like you said, if I charge both my phone and the device when the phone needs a recharge by then maybe I'll need a recharge in the moga but I probably won't need much more charge. As an added bonus I can possibly use this with my tech 21 case which is thinner. Release date for the Moga can't come quick enough!
      I appreciate your videos though a ton and all the pros and cons of each. I love how much you guys like the grips on the Moga Controller.
