hello, i am newbie to search for job in qatar. i often see & read if employment probation in qatar is 6 month. after the probation period, will i get permanent employee in a company? or is there will be next contract agreement?

My Nationality india and my first QID is going to expire on 26/1/23, i want to resign the current job... so if i give the resignation letter to him and go back to india, my current employer can ban me for remaining contract period? and can i come to qatar if another company provide me visa. please help me and answer my questions

Please after signing an offer letter how many days will your visa be ready
It depends on who applies the visa for you and if the government allows the application but only 4 working days

You should have day off indeed and Right to use your phone after work according to the law

Your gratuity pay will be each year pay you 28 days of your basic salary
If your basic salary is 1000*28*7years=

No bro if your Qid expires, you resign and exit when you get a new job you will be able to come back to the country
