Thanks for showing installing the belt back on the pump. Tip, turn the motor by hand in normal direction and walk water pump belt on. Pump turns in opposite direction.

Why do people remove the intake manifold if there is no need to ?
because if ur higher mileage u want to do carbon cleaning as well while ur down there
to do carbon cleaning

Does the waterpumo need coding or any cinfguration once fitted

if you remove the bolt for the belt install, you need to do 9nm + 90°
No just make it tight. It has a 6mm bolt so max 30nm or so.
