I would really like some more videos from you mate I absolutely adore your videos such a clever chap and a gem to the trade get some vids on here please 😊😊
Lovely van that is. We had a VW LT 35 TDI come into the workshop 4 years ago with Brocken Timing belt wasn’t worth repairing but a very tidy van I got it very very cheap ended up doing a camper van conversion thoroughly enjoyed the task have had some great holidays in it mainly Scotland. Be prepared to spend many hours on the internet looking at other peoples builds and sourcing parts 😂
@@intelligentauto737 yea and you’ll be Screwfix every weekend buying stuff 😂 and wait until your at the point of cutting out for windows and roof lights definitely a case of measure twice cut once😂 if I was to do another I would definitely by a chop saw it’s harder than you think cutting wood square with a handsaw 🪚.
This will be a really interesting series. Not only do my wife and I own a camper, but I’m a biker and combining both would be my dream…not ever going to happen of course, but seeing you do it will be enough! 😜
Looking forward to watching this build unfold, I have been wanting to do something similar for my enduro bike for a while, this might just spur me on, cheers
Looking forward to this one. Watch out for the egr cooler cracking and leaking water into cylinders, quite common on new crafter…. Had 1 that bent a con rod due to this.
Sometimes the owners don’t have the funds to pursue the fault, I had that today, fault with an EGR cooler bypass circuit, the fix was going to be about £600 and the owner just did not have the money unfortunately

Has there ever been a motor you couldn't sort or is it just a case its not cost effective to keep going.
