In this video I'm making very strong leather belt with roller buckle.
I made this belt 100% by hand.
This heavy duty belt has been made only using High Quality vegetable leather 4.5mm / 11oz throughout the whole process
It was hand-sewn using strong waxed slam thread.
Cut and painted by hand using the Fiebing's Profesional Dye.
All edges on the belt perfectly polished by hand.
I used to Fiebings Oil Dye walnut color and I aged edges of this belt

I aged leather by candle wax and felt.
Very easy to do.
You can try it on scrap of leather.
You should find more in other videos on you tube how to aged leather.

I made this belt from approx. 11 ounces thick leather.
where do you get your leather. I am from the uk and cannot seem to find a supplier of thick tooling leather. Once it gets past about 3.5mm it tends to get patches of fur/fuzzy on the back but the back of yours looks really smooth.
