LOVE a nice 2-door Jeep so much more than the 4-door models. Those dual-directional shocks look INSANELY cool! Great content as always, much love from Texas!
2 1/2 years on my 6pak shocks and I still love them. Those axle side bushings are so nice!! Watching this video really makes me want to by two door now. Thanks!
We've been driving them around lifted for a few weeks. It's so weird to drive a 2-door lifted Jeep coming from a Gladiator! Lots more videos coming each week on these Jeeps. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
Both 2 doors are getting there. It takes time because we're so busy building other people's jeeps lol. Hopefully by the end of October these Jeeps will be largely done and ready for adventures. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
I'm so glad that my "2-door-ness" has rubbed off on you guys and that you're coming over to the "short" side of the wheelbase world. Next on the agenda: plan a wheeling date where all the 2-doors get together an do an Epic adventure!
Those outtakes at the end are the icing on the cake of a great video. 😆 Looks like a great build, look forward to seeing some wheeling content perhaps.
Someone answer this question for me plz. Got a 2022 JL 392 on 38 inch Nittos and a 3.5 inch triple rate coil spring. Rides like shit. It’s on stock shocks and stock control arms. How do I make it float down the road smoothly the quickest way ? New shocks or mid arm kit ? What will make the biggest difference in smooth ride
New control arms with upgraded joints and better shocks will do wonders. Customers often say that our Duroflex joints ride and handle better than stock. Play with tire pressure too! A few lbs makes a big difference.
@@metalcloak I have Metal Cloak full skid plate and tie rod/drag link and the Rock Krawler 3.5 inch springs but even on 20psi on my 38s it’s like I’m riding on an old wagon from the 1920s lol. Would an MC mid arm kit do the trick or should I do shocks first ? I’m going to do both but one before the other

The cinematic welding was pretty awesome.
The Epic crew never ceases to amaze me with their builds! Stay safe all!
Thanks Gerry! We appreciate your support. Cheers from the team at EPIC!

These two jeeps are gonna be awesome

We need to see all angles of the jeep finished like this to see the stance unflexed 🤘 .
Much much more to come 🎉
Damn son that Willy's is looking radder and badder by the day!

Metal cloak rocks! You won’t be disappointed!!
That looks awesome Ginger. Cant wait to see the rest of the build. Take it easy on the fingers lol.
That was 100% Pauls fault 👍🏻
Got a 2dr Willys back in August - watching both these builds closely to see what I might want to do some day.
Glad you're following along!
Awesome job guys can’t wait to see the finish built there going to look amazing as USUAL.
If anyone wants a long term review of the 6 pack shocks and maintenance and such AutoEdits has had them on his JK for almost a decade now
Sounds good. Thanks for watching! Cheers from the team at EPIC!

I put Clayton springs and Teraflex shocks on my 2024 JLRX 35" package. 4.56 factory gears suck fuel on the highway but moves it great.
I LOVE these build videos!!! Paul and the Ginger (aka Double Dragon Bros) strike again. GOOD JOB GUYS!!
Ok I'm following along for ideas on my 2024 Willys 2 door, no personality white.
What are you doing for bumpers?! Lets get these vids rolling!!!!
It's looking pretty sweet, can't wait to see more on these.
If I lived anywhere even reasonably close to y’all’s shop I would be absolutely bankrupt 😂
You guys are awesome. Love the content, love the builds and we really appreciate all the highlights! Keep up the good work! 🙏
Wow this system looks awesome! And those shocks really are different and cool looking. Great job as always Epic team!

Man what a great videos you make 👏.. saludos from tijuana mexico
Nice
Thanks for watching. Cheers from the Ginger and the team at EPIC!
Wow that white gladiator looks amazing on the lift I bet the guy that owns it is a cool guy
I know the guy who owns it! He’s truly is an amazing guy and he’s my best friend!
I have nothing bad to say about that guy, he gets me... and understands my battles with Subway ;)

Love the Bikini pearl color! Just like mines but a 2 door
That Metalcloak system has pretty darned impressive wheel travel for a 2 door! Driveshafts happy at that extension?
Metalcloak recommends upgrading the front driveshaft due to to the uncompressed length of the coils (droop)
After replacing the front driveshaft it is ;)
Ginger already has rusty nuts😂
hey hey now! Thanks for watching and cheers from the team at EPIC!
Is the ginger still running 87 in his 2.0 turbo? How the engine holding up?
So far it drives great, even better after being regeared
does this kit come with shocks , as l have a 2018 4 door??..
You can order it with or without shocks. Lots of options. 👍🏽
@@metalcloak cool, thank you
Why did you go with fox vs the MC version?
It looks pretty 😜

Stop sayin* Mid Arm folks!!
In comparison to a TJ, they are definitely a MID arm lol
I'm a little disappointed that The Ginger didn't insult my mom is this video. Unless I missed it.
Your mom has taken enough pounding I thought I would give her a rest.
First
Congrats sir on the first comment. And thanks for watching. Cheers from the Ginger and the team at EPIC!
I will buy your Willy's once you are done playing with it pls...
This wasn’t in the install video
WELDING IN SHORTS?!? Do you guys have OSHA?!?! DOES CANADA CARE?!? 🤣 WHY WOULD YOU EVEN WEAR SHORTS IN CANADA?!
Dude it was like igloo temps in there. Practically boiling.
