- Our Friend from Utah, Justin B McBride decided to drive all the way up to Canada for a Teraflex Suspension Setup from our team at EPIC. We see many Americans up here at EPIC, but we seldom see another Ginger the same caliber as our own. Shocking...we know.
Justin's new Jeep Gladiator received a full Teraflex Suspension setup with the new 3.5" HD Springs, Alpine IR Arms, Extended Rear Travel System, Falcon 3.3 Shocks and more! Rolling on 37" tires, Teraflex Nomad Split-Spoke wheels with an AEV Front Bumper, Justin is ready for action in the backcountry.

Ok I’m just catching up on TH-cam here - I happen to be picking up my 2023 Rubi Gladiator in Calgary tomorrow... If you guys are able to setup our American friends so nicely, surely you can fit in an install for a friendly Albertan. I guess I should email the shop for some prices 😢. Still throwing around build ideas, so need to decide on a camper or topper with RTT or eventually maybe OffGrid trailer….. oh the choices. Anyways, I’m impressed by your work. How many days to complete this particular build?

Man I wish we had a shop like this around here in upstate, NY. I'm ready to go all in on my gladiator but hard to find folks that specialize in these suspension systems, etc. There is one shop near me but they don't resell Terraflex, they resell Rough Country. I have the same gladiator you guys built in 2021, the Mojave, Sting-gray and want to do the same suspension system you guys did, I think the second time. Probably nothing crazy just want to get 35's on there with some poke, but want to keep the stock fox suspension...just lift it a bit, leveled etc. Is there a package from Terraflex now that includes the shock extensions...etc now?

Am I seeing this correctly? ...You're putting on CA relocation brackets... along with adjustable CA???
Glad to see Justin came back (to jeep, lol). Question- Teraflex springs and shocks are great for this type of set up, but why not use Metalcloak control arms? Proven to have the most misalignment (for the most flex) and since you put that sway bar in the back it would only make sense to have the most flex. Not hating on Teraflex as a I have a mix of vendors on my JLUR, but just curious knowing that Casey just got a Game changer for his Gladiator.
Plus isn’t Teraflex now Chinese made? Pretty sure Metalcloak is iUS made.

What is a better trim line to build off of, the Mojave or Rubicon...I know the all differences between the two, but the Mojave has a few extra pieces that are built stronger, where the Rubicon just seems to offer front and rear locking diffs. I guess my question is, is it better to just buy a Mojave then add the front locker?
That’s was an excellent episode….. the extended fender flares where can a guy get those ?
The extended flares are just two sets of JL fronts. You have to massage and modify a set to fit the rear of a Gladiator, but it works wonderfully. Grab them at your nearest mopar dealer.

You'll have to ask Justin. We don't have much experience with these tires.
If Justin is using this for towing a camper, in Utah, he really is going to want to switch that bumper out. These ecodiesels get quite hot under load while climbing and any air restriction to the rad isn't a great idea.
No 1 inch front spacers for the eco diesel ?

About to order a new Gladiator. You guys are cranking out diesels. How do you feel about them?
EcoDiesel is the only option in our book... Unless you want a V8, then get a 3.6L to promptly toss out for serious power.
@@EPIC-4WD Those Mopar dealership mechanics would disagree with you. They think the Ecodiesel is the biggest turd made.

Them bumpsstops are garbage.
When I had Teraflex springs put on my JLUR they were curved. Sent pictures in to Teraflex and they said they must have been installed wrong. Not true, removed and put on Rock Krawler springs and they are perfectly straight. Now every time I see curved springs on a Jeep 9 times out of 10 they're Teraflex. I don't get it, All of the other T Flex parts I have are excellent. T Flex did refund my money no problems.
No idea what your issue was. We install 99% Teraflex coils and haven't had any problems as you have described. Maybe a bad coil batch or something. Glad you found something that worked! Cheers from the team at EPIC.
