I think "You say 'Thank you'" can be changed to "Being chivalrous"
I say that because the person holding the door for you can find you attractive for being courteous and saying "Thank you", but you could also find the person holding the door attractive for being chivalrous enough to hold said door.
I'd also like to include a positive mindset (it's hard, but worth it) and smiling are attractive. They also help your own mental well-being

I think this kind of makes sense why I met my partner though online friends and had such a hard time with in person dating. I’m not very confident, I don’t have much of a presence, and I space out a lot, especially when I’m in a new place or with someone I don’t know. But when I am with people I know I’m much more comfortable talking and joking and telling stories. Obviously you have to get from A to B somehow, most of our mutual friends are the very loud and excitable type, so it was okay that I was quiet. And come to think of it, we were both kind of the quiet ones. So even if you don’t exhibit some of these traits you can still find someone who is like you that will notice your good qualities :)

Just as an FYI, Psych2Go has connections to a number of freelance animators that animate their videos. That's why each video differs slightly in style. Therefore the Genshin influence (or any other references) are usually creative choices made by the animator rather than Psych2Go themselves.
Nonetheless, it definitely drew my attention!

Fake it till you make it, it worked for me. So like when you think negative about yourself, you flip it so that you complement yourself. Ex: "I'm so ugly..." your next thought should be "no I'm not, im beautiful" it will take a while but it works, you just have to actively work for it.

After watching this video I've turned into a magnet attracting anything and everything.
I‘ve learnt a few years ago, that confidence isnt a talent, nor something that just happens to be easily done. Reminding urself everyday that you‘re worth it, and that standing up for yourself isnt wrong, will have your confidence growing each day. It took me some years to realize my worth, and to be honest: People notice when ur confident. Its sometimes not easy to be confident at all, when having rough times. But they will approach you differently, and you‘ll be at more inner piece. The last 2 years were the most happiest I‘ve ever had, and its only getting better. Make time for yourself. Listen to your own needs. Draw lines if needed. Bad days will come, but don‘t let them drag you down. You got this!
