"Dancing In The Dark" is so emblematic of much of 80s pop music. It is timeless. No matter how much it is played, it can never be overplayed. Thank you for capturing the magic of this song, as well as many other classics from the 80s. Your covers always demonstrate why these songs have an enduring appeal throughout the decades.

OMG that was perfect. Cam Blokland has a world-class voice. The music was excellent; the pocket was tight. As I was watching i was thinking that what would really make this video complete is if one of the girls would hop on screen and start dancing with Cam, a la Courtney Cox. And lo and behold, Chloe Castledine appears! Love, love, loved it!!!!!

Funny, when the song started I immediately wondered if we would get a guest appearance from Ms C Cox… so a great surprise and laugh to see Singit Live’s own CC appear at the end with all the right moves 🤣🥰

Just stunning. A surprisingly low key track, but it just shows that you only need to have the basics to perform to a high level. Cam's hair lived up to expectation, he just needed one more shirt button undone to match the Bruce look (and melt the hearts of all the female/male viewers!) We had a tiny peek of chest hair, he must have his own make-up artist for each song! Harley was an unfazed as ever, when will he ever raise an eyebrow Darren? I hope he gets a performance fee as he's been credited at last. I'm sure I could see a little wiggle along in his sleep though. The Chloe/Courtney appearance just brought a big smile to my face, it's the little touches like this that make me so proud of your production values. You're not just re-recording a famous song, you're putting on a stadium worthy performance. Fab, fab, fab. Love from Matty x

I've never seen anyone cover Springstein's vocals so well, until now.
Before attention turns to the next upload this week, let's enjoy this great interpretation of probably Springteen's biggest chart hit. It is tight and intense, well orchestrated by Darren and well performed by this small ensemble, especially Cam who handles the dual lead role here. No extended guitar solo to keep the song length in check but the arrangement is just as satisfying. And not forgetting Chloe's surprise appeareance to complete the whole experience. Fans cannot ask for more for this trip to nostalgia.
