My god, this is perfection personified. Spectacular drumming by Michael, excellent bass by Stuart, phenomenal guitar by Tzan, beautiful crystal sharp singing by Melissa, and incredible keyboards and vocals by Darren. Just phenomenal. I loved every second of this.

I use to think this song was easy! Until I sat down and tried to play it for the first time the day before! Probably not the best idea but It’s deceivingly difficult especially trying to remember all the groove changes and form. I could say it’s probably the hardest track I’ve had to play or maybe because I gave myself minimal learning time, never the less well done to the team as always. Hope everyone enjoyed the track as much as I did listening back! Enjoy the rest of your day!

Such professionalism on show, a minimum of stage antics, a maximum of concentration on the task in hand. You can see each of these performers is a perfectionist, every single note is coaxed into existence dead accurate and dead on time. This is not some frivolous game, it is a serious construction job and the end product is a wonder of musical engineering! Bravo!

Great production!! Hard to believe that level of searing music came out of only 5 people. The all around singing was spot on. And, I don’t get to say this enough on this guitar player….he finally brought a blistering TONE to the event! THAT’s what brings all the boys to the yard, mate!! His towering lead run was SOARING!! I didn't realize the keyboard guy has such a great voice! They always seem to bring in the best guest lead singers. Every single one. One of the best covers bands I have ever seen. She even sounds like Grace! That low voice. Wow Stunning! Great job folks!

Why in the heck is this song always so hated by critics and on those stupid lists?!? I’m 48 and this song always stirs emotions and makes me want to be 13 again. The best of times! Amazing performance!!

Mel and Darren are so great together. They compliment each other. Every week i am just blown away by the talent. Spot light this week is shining on Tzan for me! It's not easy to play this style of lead. His smooth style and years of experience with Rock and Metal shows what an outstanding Guitarist and also singer he is. Well done.

Stumbled on a Rosanna cover i didn't like so much. But that brought me here. And this is beyond compare. It takes the cheesy original straight to modern days. Fresh, open, tight as hell. Very, very well done.

People say this song is cheesy commercial sellout but I always dug it. Plus Grace Slick is an underappreciated legend right up there with Janis and Stevie.

Darren couldn't have found a better co-lead than Mel in this top notch remake, like he did when both gave the best Streisand cover so far in his former channel. Great musicianship all round but it's particularly gratifying to see the great Tzan at the guitar attack again after so many excellent Stefan leads over the weeks. Sure felt different.

Well, another where to start comment! I need to broaden my vocabulary. Absolute cracker of a track. Great to have such a strong male / female driven performance. Everyone's in on the act as always (just needed Michael to Sing-It-Live!) Superb mix, really sounds great in 4K. Darren, you really do look after your supporters with this commitment to the channel. The time and effort that this takes each week is always appreciated. Darren's 2022 Producer of the Year Grammy (honouree) rightfully on the piano, kudos to Brian Jones. In the summer of 1985 I was 5 years old. I remember discovering this song while listening to music on hot day in the cool confines of the public library in Mesa, Arizona. I put on a record and an oversized pair of ear phones and listened to this song over and over again for an hour. It was the first music I had discovered for myself. It was mine and it was special. I’ve never been the same since and have pursued music ever since.

We Built This City on Cabbage Rolls! Love it. I never liked this song for a couple of reasons, one was Grace Slick's voice - but Melissa! what a pleasant change! Love your low range. And everyone else, tight, nice and tight. You've captured that 1985 sound without making it sound like 1985. Perfect!

A year on from my last comment and it still love listening to this version. I love the entire SIL crew and this track showcases not only the great musicianship here but just how strong the vocals are. The original was one of my favourite songs (bought the 45 when it was released) but I’ve listened to this version way more now. Just love it. Wish I could see you guys sing it live in the UK. Maybe someday. Until then thanks Darren and the crew for all you do. One day I’d love to hear SIL cover Mony Mony (the live version by Billy Idol) as I know you’d knock it out of the park. 🤘
