This cabin prefab house is filled with all types of beautiful wood and even has a second level! The manufacturer for this modular house is in partners with Hilltop Structures where I toured the home. The model for this home is the “Laramie Peaks.” This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,000 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! Yes...I would have all of that built out as bedrooms upstairs. There's got to be atleast 2, if not 3 additional rooms upstairs with closets.

i Love the log cabin style of this home. I could see adding a Rod Iron or Black Plumbing type pipe from the ceiling in the upstairs room to hang clothes just inside the door. Maybe add a wood stove as well in the living space. Nice home.
What a beautifully crafted home. So warm and cosy inside. I love the windows in the living area, so much light. I also love how much they have managed to pack in without it feeling like compromises have been made. Love, love, love it.
One of best homes I've seen! The rooms are decent size, the upstairs bedroom is like a mini hotel suite, porch super deep, etc. Hardly anything there to not love!
5:22 - I'm assuming that space under the stairs is where your basement stairs could go.
I love this little cabin! The high ceiling makes you feel like you walked into a much larger home. I love the tin on the ceiling in the loft. I think the use of the wood on the cabinet trim and knobs were a great idea. I’d put this cabin on a full basement and use that little pantry area as a place to put my stairs. I could see myself living full time at the lake or in the mountains in this awesome cabin.

See now that's why I'm glad I stayed till the end, I'm a city girl and I wasn't quite feeling the cabin style house but I got to see that adorable baby at the end so I'm happy I stayed. 😍😍😍 He's too cute 🥰🥰
This one's a little too "country" for my taste. But even then I still adore the interior space, the standing level height on the second floor loft, and the high vaulted ceilings which gives the home a good bit of airy-ness.

Nice home Chance, my Nana and Papa had a house in Tennessee, in the Smoky Mountains, they ended up selling it do to rent issues, this was about 20, 21 years ago, don't remember to much, I was 5 or 6 years old, last time we were down there was back in 2002, we rented a house down there.
I love this! The high ceilings would make it feel like you are outdoors, almost. It would help cabin fever in the winter up north.
I like the wood and fixtures of this home. However I would have wanted the kitchen to be on the porch covered like the wood around it so it would still be in the house and the living room to come out 15 more inches. And the master bedroom not to have the arches over the bed so one would not crack their head while trying to use the bathroom. And the master bathroom was so disappointing they should have switched the bathrooms so the guest gets the smaller one. With the building like the one across the entrance to the front door, but being a she shed with a cover over both entrances.

Chance, this home is absolutely amazing! I love the design and all of the wood used in this home. It is so warm and cosy and I really like the tiny details. That little boy is so cute!!
Love the cabin,but not the high ceiling, always heard that is a big heat lost. My cats would love it! LOL
If it's insulated right, heat loss shouldn't be much of a problem.
I feel like you could add an open hallway above the kitchen area to another room above the other side.

They are perfect for solar power and so small of a cabin it would only need like 10 or less.

Hey Chance if I could I would buy this...totally awesome. Thanks for the great video. I love everything but the cabinetry it is not too big but my grandkids could come stay with me so's I can spoil them.
This would be a wonderful placed on a lake, nicely wooded secluded area. I would remove the existing shower though and turn that half of the loft bathroom into a large tiled shower. The floor of the shower needs to be done in the riverun style rock and some soft toned slate that leans to the brown or copper tone. It would look great with the sinks tooo.

A beautiful log cabin that I would definitely love to have on a lake with a mountain view! It would be great for a vacation home. The space was well used it seems bigger on the inside with that gorgeous entrance! It was like you walked into a huge mountain lodge! Bravo, to whoever designed this cabin! Thank you for the Cullen fix! Always a treat to see him and always a laugh! 🥰

Love the rough hewn kitchen cabinets. It fits perfectly with the rustic feel of a log cabin. The upstairs bedroom is so cute. I can see it overlooking a lake and watching deer or even a moose! Lol All you need is a couple of fishing’ poles for a nice relaxing weekend or retirement!

Hi Chance & Chance Jr. Cullen is you made over. This home is very nice, possibly for a small family; it’s definitely a country home. When you showed the living room from upstairs, it made me dizzy. But, surely many will enjoy seeing this. It should be good on utility costs!! I went to my doctor today, had x-rays done & possibly a MRI soon. Among other problems, I somehow managed to rupture my back causing excruciating pain. I just keep reminding myself of Isaiah 53:5. By Jesus’ stripes, I am healed! 👏 It was good seeing you & adorable Cullen. He makes me smile! Take care of yourself & your precious family. Love & Prayers always, & hugs for my little buddy. 💓👏🤗🤗 Cullen you’re loved so much by people that you don’t even know. 🤗🤗

While I don't recall seeing the exact measurements in the video other than the porch (8'x48'), I'd imagine that the house is a 16'x48' in diameter, which would be 768 SQFT. Add in the upper level and you're probably looking at a total of at least 888 SQFT in total if not more. That's not a bad sized house at all.

Love it... but I love at least 10" logs. With a fire place in living room and in basement. With closable shutters, from the inside. Full basement, with laundry. I want it comfortable, livable but compact. .I got a place for it. In the Woods... and possible on a pond and a Hay field with pumpkins.

I like it. But, I'd want drywall not wood walls. Too much wood. Floors & ceilings being wood with drywall walls would be perfect!

Is the exterior "real" wood or plastic/laminate/tex crud? What's the insulation R-value and windows? Is the interior "real" wood or plastic/laminate/tex crud? Can you modify it by enclosing 1/2 of the porch for a screened/glassed in area? Where can we find the prices?
It's very very pretty....but way too cramped for my liking!
I'd prefer it being twice the size at least, because by the time you got to the upstairs bedroom I could feel my lungs closing in and claustrophobia overwhelming me!.
Nope not one for me...the style is, but the cramped interior definitely wasn't.

Nice little home. Perfect for a summer home, or a single person's home. Definitely not for me. I don't care for the living room and kitchen being practically the same space. Too small for a family gathering. Love the log cabin, just not this one.😕

Great place, awesome sinks. I like the upstairs being closed off and the landing is nice. I'm not a fan of that tin though. Rather see the beautiful wood like throughout the rest of the house.
Tooo much wood. The different woods and tones do not mix well. The kitchen cabinets should maybe be white washed and the floor is fighting with the pine walls. A man with little to no interior design knowledge designed this. Why not traditional heat/A/C pump.? Those wall units are ugly and stand out like a sore thumb in that type of home. I guess I expected a fireplace, being a log cabin in all. Looks well constructed. Thank you for the content
I have cerebral palsy but I really like the layout of this home anyway you could design one that is ADA compliant about 100 x 100 kind of a garage apartment kind of thing so I would have room for my home gym as well
