I was going to make a frozen mixed fruit wine this weekend. Five kg bags 5 kilos sugar general purpose yeast so hopefully going for a 11 to 13 abv going high flavours but not too strong. 🍷
@@HappyHomestead Iv also got a couple of kg blackberrys from last year so going to drop them into , just to give a slightly darker and hopefully stronger fruit burst. Should be awesome for next year’s bbq season.🤞
I've been making this for years, such an easy wine to make and it tastes good enough for me to have as an everyday wine... well not every day lol
