The funniest moment of this fight was when he offered to make all stats better but steal all clams and you said no, one of the gator guys will sign the contract and will recieve the effects😂
Yeah release energy, not only with basil, the normal one also increases your stats, but basil's release energy recover all your heart and juice to full and at the end of each turn
@@Mateus-qy5wk Release Energy, on it's own, does 1,000 damage, increases stats by 25% (which I believe is weaker than a regular stat buff? All I know it that it STACKS with the regular kind and never goes away during that battle. You can have a Release Energy buff AND the max of 3 regular buffs to each stat.), and honestly is just kind of a "You use it and then you never touch it again for the rest of the battle bc it's inferior" thing. Yes. It's inferior. You use it once to increase stats and then never again, per battle. The thing is, unless you're spamming special moves like Beatdown, a better use of Energy would be to use regular attacks as well as Energy moves. For characters like Aubrey who don't have anything better to do (I mean what's she going to do? Counter? Wind-up throw? Power Hit? No, youre either going to make your friends Happy or youre going to use Beatdown. Yes, I mentioned Power Hit. Defense Debuffs honestly aren't all that strong, as enemy Defense usually isn't that high. It's not a bad idea but there's no reason to simp over it. And of course, if you're going to want a move that ignores Defense, you'll be using Energy anyways with Look To Omori, which ignores Defense on tier 3.) it makes their job easier. With 6 energy you can heal half the team and make Aubrey Happy, the second strongest emotion in the game. However, in the case of Omori and Basil, they aren't going to be putting out that much damage together. Their Release Energy is used for the free 1,000 damage. They often NEED that damage. The cherry on top of that it Snocones them both, and if I recall correctly it ALSO buffs their stats, once as WELL as the +25%
@@kirbyfreakyt4695 Eh, Omori can easily get 2k+ dmg, even more with Basil's Cheer. Main thing about Omori|Basil Release Energy is the full recover, it's basicly using a Sno-Cone on both of them, but it only takes Omori's action, and still deals damage on its own.
