Nice. Sounds great. I have two of these, a '96 solid body, 3-bolt and a '99 semi-hollow. Bought new. The '99 is clearly superior in terms of some of the hardware. The '96 lacks the "ASAT" stamping on the bridge, has cheezy plastic wiring, a control plate that's 1/4 inch longer than a normal Tele, and a plain 'ol neck. It plays and sounds great, no issues with the 3-bolt. It's just that my '99 is much nicer, cloth wiring, normal plate and bridge, and also has some birds-eye in the neck, like yours. I wonder what happened in the mid-nineties?
