For future reference type in Frigidaire error codes and Sears parts direct have the full diagram of both washer and dryer codes just look careful and you’ll find them. You’ll recognize the difference since the washer codes have higher numbers associated with some problems such as example 15 red 5 green is either the washer control board or washer electrical board.
I have such a headache right now with this brand-new machine that they just installed today. Out of balance light keeps coming up. Doesn't matter if I have one tshirt in the machine or a full load. Why can't appliances just work like they used to? Really upsetting.
The same thing am dealing with. My advise is don't put too much clothing inside the machine. Also, you have balance the load my fixing the clothing inside the machine.
My parents have this model, and the washer makes a terrible gargling sound when it's agitating. The noise is very loud, but after it reaches rinse and spin out it runs normally. I don't know what would make it so loud!

I can't get my unit out of diagnostics mode for the washer side and the dryer side won't enter it. It has an error code but what I'm looking for is a way to reset the units as if they were new. Anyone know of a way to do that?
one thing i really despise about this machine is how long you have to wait for it to unlock in order to balance a load. Huge time waster. I try so hard to place items in a balanced manner but the washing seems to throw it off so often. i wish there was a way to force it to open. I have to stand around not knowing how long ill have to wait. Does anyone have input on this?

Just put it all back together after replacing the entire motor and it still shuts off after a few seconds. Ran the diagnostic test again and yet again it’s 5 red and 3 green. Now what?

Horrible sounds come from this washer, it's normal. But what is even worse, the alert beep is extremely loud and persistent, it has a series of reminder beeps and then another beep if you forget to turn the dial back to neutral/no selection. Show us how to kill the beep.

Same here - new machine and all it does is flash and beep. Home Depot Install team bailed without a signature or anything!

Mine stops after a few seconds in delicates but stays running when set to activewear. I have 5 red 3 green on both active wear and delicates
