I think it was fed GLaDOS voicelines to imitate, because the tones in most lines match up identically to original ones. You can still tell there's a good chunk of emotion in most voicelines, but anything neutral gets very raspy to hear.

so i had a few ideas for this. You play as a subject named Charlie where you encounter the smoldering remains of WHEaTLEY. you adventure through corroded chambers with Caroline. (maybe ill change it to Glados) Caroline accidentally wakes WHEaTLEY and he "kills" Caroline. you then progress like normal portal 2 ig and then the core transfer happens. Caroline, now corrupted by the mainframe, puts WHEaTLEY into a lemon. (for time's sake, i'll just call him lemonley.) you then find old recordings of Cave Johnson, but his assistant is a male this time, named Stephen M. (muahahahahhaaa) lemonleysoon realizes he knows everything that stephen is going to say in the recordings. after a while, it dawns on him. blah blah blah, old chambers, blah blah blah, the homeless, but then instead of lemons, cave rants about potatoes ig. it's pretty much the same concept.
if i really do do this, maybe i could put together a team to remodel wheatley to make his hanging body a bit less feminine, plus to give caroline some dirt and stuff. and maybe some voice actors or impressionists to do wheatley and caroline.

I've watched this video so many times that I've lost count. I really like the way Wheatley sounds here, much cooler than the original Glados. Damn it, I want more of this kind of content! I hope the author will continue this topic someday, because I fell in love with this unusual, sarcastic Wheatley! This is incredibly cool!
this sounds like a british guy did the base vocals for WheatleyOS’ lines, and then you AI deepfaked steve merchant’s voice onto it so it came out with a really natural cadence. whatever you did, it WORKED. i loved this
