At higher speeds, bikes pivot around their center of mass vs the point of contact at low speeds, hence why we countersteer above a certain speed. By shifting YOUR mass, the bike gets a tighter turning radius WITHOUT adding lean angle, because you've shifted the center of mass into the corner, over to the conical side of the tire. Hope this helps.
Agreed , that weight shift mid corner could have lost him that front end. Skills or not, still lucky. Should have been prepared for that before the corner to not destabilise the bike. Luckily, he did it that smoothly, wont happen every time. @ryanowens1414

For some reason, Filipino small bikers (not all , but a lot) are so obsessed about the so-called knee down. This is the best knee down that I've seen in the video. His body and the motorcycle have that almost perfect lean angle. And best of all, he is inside his lane. This rider is very good. You don't have to be fast on curves to have a good lean angle like this rider did.

That's an idiot. Motorcycle riders do it with a knee protection, called the sliders and it makes it fully safe (except if you fall, but that means you have a lack of skills^^). Do it in jeans is basically killing your knee lol
