mam maine apne pcos k liye our-ayurveda ki pcos care dva use ki tb meri prblm thik hui. phle yoga mai bhut ki hu mujhe koi faida nhi hua tha
U should do regular and exercise,diet and follow seed cycles and eat fruits and vegetables

Apne ayurvedic ki dawa kitne din tk khayi plz tell me answer?

Should be exercise in empty or full stomach plz tell me
Yoga poses always has to be done empty stomach..

Yes... U can do these exercises in periods as well
Personally i avoid doing for first 2-3 days. its best to avoid. but if anyone comfortable doing, can do it with gentle stretch and going too deep stretches specially abdomen
