Thank you Soooo much, this was so helpful honestly. A very specific topic but one that’s definitely been on a lot of people’s minds, including mine. I’m noticing Charlotte has a lot of products with super similar product descriptions and no real explanation of the differences. Have you by any chance tried both of her powders, and if so, how would you compare them? Thank you so much!
I've not had any problems with the wonderglow and have used it for a while and loved it! I don't live in the UK or Europe so I don't have access to try these out (I live in Australia) but the last time I was in Europe, I didn't get a good impression from the Hollywood flawless filter. I stopped by the shop in Covent Garden (probably the most touristy spot I could have chosen) and it was packed. The sales person didn't really seem to know the product and couldn't tell me much about it, I couldn't find the right colour match and they also didn't have any samples. As I have not any chance to try it out and the damn online store is ALWAYS out of samples, I've stuck with the wonderglow over time! I wasn't going to waste money on something I might not like; as I've found that I don't like her magic concealer nor magic powder, but she keeps touting it.
Some people have commented that it doesn't work if you have a lot of big pores - might end up highlighting them instead of making the skin glow. I notice that your skin is pretty good so you might not notice it? I think I'll stick with the wonderglow for now.... I love it and I love the light wonder :) Thanks for reviewing and like your opinions.
Love how you explain what both products actually are, I love watching beauty/product videos but sometimes feel clueless as a mum on the run knowing what the product actually is for! Just started using primers but find that liquid highlighters sometimes go oily or don’t set properly with the rest of my make up. Hope that makes sense I’m probably doing it wrong but I watch videos like this to learn!
Thanks so much Sarah, it can be a little overwhelming haha, especially when products claim to do the same things. I get what you mean when it comes to liquid highlight and it can be quite hard to get the balance right so everything sits nicely. The best thing to do is check reviews out and have a play about with as much as you can and you will get there! Thanks so much for watching babe x
I asked a sales woman at a CT counter what the difference between these two products is. She said the Hollywood filter is best used as a highlighter, and not as an all over primer, as it is too glowy and will illuminate wrinkles.
I’m 43 I don’t feel it really does that. I put it all over and mix with my wet n wild tinted moisturizer (best drug store tinted moisturizer imo) or I mix it w concealer. I use a tiny bit of powder to hide some wrinkles n pores. But I don’t really think it shows as luminous as a highlight
Hello Natasha. Thanks for such a thorough explanation. It really helps. One thing i would wanna ask is, would they both be able to be worn together? Wonder glow first as primer and flawless filter after foundation. Oh another thing, would you suggest applying them under the eyes area? Thanks heaps! xx

After hearing your thoughts I've decided to go for the wonder glow..This was helpful wasn't sure with all the primers on the market which to go for,even though it's expensive I think we save by knowing it's the correct one in the first place..rather than waste money trying lots to find the best! 🎀

Loved the comparison. I didn't buy the hollywood flawless filter as at that time I had purchased the Lumene serum. I was on the verge of purchasing the hollywood flawless filter a few weeks ago but then I heard that Charlotte Tilbury is going to release a new foundation late August. The foundation sounds very promising. Do you think it will give the same glow and benefits as the hollywood flawless filter? I'm a uni student so my budget does not allow me to get both.... Which one would you suggest... thank you xoxo

Natasha Summer I was hoping for u to put it to the test. Zoom the camera in for us, and apply One on one side and the other on the other side. And then u applying make up over it, I think that way we can judge for ourselves if we like the look of the finish. But then again, us dry girls with large pores, could only guess if it would look good on us! Haha. Since u said u r more combo/oily (lucky girl!) lol

I tried the Wonderglow, wore it bare faced on a summer day, and didn't like it at all. I could see lots of little golden speckled. The Flawless filter is very powerful, it's true. But if you wear the smallest amount you can plus any extra concealing if needed - I love the almost 'molten ' look on my bare skin, and see the gold but don't seem to be left with any goldy speckles, lol. I'll keep going with it and see if I'm still this enthusiastic days/weeks or months down the line. X
Oh really? I guess we're all different in our preferences, I really love Wonderglow. It is very luminous but I actually like that haha. The one thing you can count on is that your tastes can change, especially as the seasons do, perhaps see how you feel about it in a couple of months x
Natasha Summer I love Wonderglow as well. I didn’t see any glitter on my face upon application but I never use it alone.
