Today I wanted to share my favourite primers with you. I love a smoothing, perfecting, and luminous primer which I feel work brilliantly for skin over 30 and more mature skins.

My skin is normal with a very slightly oily t zone and early signs of aging like fine lines as well as some sun damage and REDNESS!

Love this series for over 30! The Charlotte Tilbury products are some of my favorites; either on no makeup days or full coverage days. However, for my day to day I love the Hourglass mineral veil since I live in hot climate. ❤️

I love Estee Lauder Double Wear concealer so thank you for sharing that they have a primer! SPF is amazing. I do hope it feels and wears just as well on my skin. I look forward to checking out all of the products on your list. Thank you for having an over 30 review.

Love Guerlain L'Or. In the morning I am always in such a rush to get out the door in time that quite often I forget to apply a primer and it shows throughout the day. I didn't know about the Estée Lauder primer sounds amazing a definite must try. Lovely video. 😘😘😘😘

I love the Fenty primer. I put it in my t-zone only, where I tend to get oily. It is the only thing I've found that makes my more full coverage foundations work. Everything else ends up breaking up like crazy. I even found that some foundations I thought were terrible actually work great now that I'm using that primer.

I got it today Omgggggg it so good with double wear foundation it beautiful. I didn't know it existed until today. I bought like 4 bottle of foundation double wear we have 50% off so I ask the girl at the counter for a good Primer. She show me this I was like 45 spf oh yes give it to me. So I try it and yes it make the foundation look much better 😊😀
And I got Dior Backstage Primer and the glow Omgggggg it perfect for the Dior Backstage foundation. I did not like this foundation so much Bec of the Primer I was using I guess now I will be using it more 😊
I will have to try that Estee Lauder one! I need more SPF in my life. I would share my newest obsession, the by Terry Cellularose CC Serum, I have it in Sunny Flash. When I ordered it I had no idea it would be so soothing and practically make my pores disappear all while giving luminosity and evening out skin tone. This is a good one for a no/light makeup day!

Thank you for this! I would have never thought to try Fenty...but I may have to. The Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter I do use, but usually just as a highlighter. I haven't tried it as a whole face primer.

Hmmm that estee lauded sounds good! Dior Forever is my longtime fave, has spf, replaces primer too. Love these tips, hope Guerlain has a trial size of that primer!

I haven't tried any of the ones you mention but I do really like the Laura Gellar spackle primer. I tried the color champagne. It really makes my dewey foundation apply very evenly.

I love the Guerlain L'or Primer. Laura Mercier Radiant Primer is a good one for me, I prefer it to Charlotte Tilbury Wonderglow now. Your makeup look is lovely 💜

Yay... primers! I was super happy to see that you made this video. Fabulous recommendations! One that I really like is FAB’s moisturizing primer. Another that surprised me is L’Oréal’s studio secrets perfecting base which I actually just got. I like to apply it wherever my pores are. One that I’ve been wanting to try is Winky Lux’s whipped cream primer. Has anyone tried it?

I love all things Charlotte Tilbury reason being I’m in my 50s and it just suits me at this stage of my life...I can’t use anything matifying it makes me look like a crusty old clown, unless I put a drop of face oil in the foundation..🤡..Love this video and your spot on with the primers absolutely fabulous...Love your vids guuuurrrl they’re the ones I look forward to the most so thanx for making such great content....♥️🇦🇺💕Brony...

I've only just started trying face primers so I found your video really helpful. I like how you explained what you look for in a primer, as that helps give an idea of what the ones you suggested might be like in practice. I've really been enjoying the Too Faced Sweet Peach Primer. I've tried a couple of primers and not liked them but I love the Too Faced one.
Do you have any videos where you show how to use the Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter? I like the look of it but I always feel a little confused as to how to use it.

I’m nearly 40 with combo skin, the guerlain L’Or makes my foundation break up on my skin & ive tried it with a lot of different foundations. Also the flawless filter leaves me a greasy mess!!! I think I’ll have to try the EL one

I love CT. It's one of my favourite brand. But the Wonderglow absolutely didn't work for me. It broke me out and I had glitter all over my face. But the HFF is fantastic!

I have mature skin and I've been loving all the luminous products that are out there now. I feel they make older skin look really healthy and youthful. I have fair skin and freckles...yep I'm a ginger..haha I've heard you can wear the Charlotte primer on its own and I've been curious about that. I do like my freckles to show but I would like something to even out my skin tone a little. Do you think that would work in that way?
Me too!!! The flawless filter would even out a little, I did review that one and show it by itself if you want to see the effect xx

Alina R. I love that primer too but damn it's expensive in Australia... the VDL primer is an awesome cheaper almost as good option.
I tried the L’or primer after seeing Tati’s video on it and I haven’t seen any difference whatsoever! Goes to show you that truly what works for one person may not work for another ! But after seeing your video now I will have to give it another go :)

Charlotte Holdcroft it's true with all sorts of skin care products and even makeup... what works for one doesn't work for another. The Hourglass is the bomb for me but I couldn't justify the price of $117. Kid you not. So I got the VDL after seeing Wayne Goss review it and I love it
