Author's word: Chocolate peony 🌺 The peony is made from white chocolate and dyed with matte pink food coloring. * It took me 100 g of chocolate for a 2.5 kg cake *Temper chocolate in any way convenient for you 🤗 *Wear gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints on the chocolate Next, dilute the chocolate and fat-soluble dry dye, knead until combined (you can pierce with a blender) We clean all forms with alcohol. *You can use two molds of different sizes, it is not necessary to have 3-4 molds ;) Pour a small amount of chocolate into the cell and form a petal. We give the shape an oval, slightly uneven. Place in refrigerator until chocolate hardens. We take out the petals carefully, if one breaks - it's okay :) most likely they will not be useful. * We form a peony from the middle of small petals, then add one petal in a circle and so on until you collect the peony 🌺 * Peony can be made more open or closed, like buds 🤗 see for yourself how you like it best ). * The cream on the cake should be soft so that the petals can easily enter the cream and not break :) Good luck 🍀 Once again about the important: ✅ wear gloves ✅ make 2 shapes of petals ✅ make oval-shaped petals ✅ start collecting peony from the middle ✅ the cream on the cake should be soft (not ganache)
