For my preferred carry on a bike, I use a shoulder holster. Covered well by a riding jacket and I usually wear a baseball jersey as a cover garment as well. Carrying a PT92, I haven't had anyone notice the shoulder holster.
If I only rode on the street I might try a shoulder holster. But with all the standing and moving around on the bike I do off road I like the fanny pack.

They are good folks to deal with
I just use a retention holster on my belt. It never in the way and alway easy to get to.
How do you keep it covered? I would think the wind from riding would make it hard to conceal.
