my buddy gave me an 2003 honda rancher es model, just ordered tires for and did a valve adjustment, runs o.k. for 18,000 hrs came from an orchard my boy is happy as a clam. that thing looks very nice
Fun little toy. Buddy of mine had a trx400 with a bunch of DG parts on it. Moved out pretty good. We used to run from en-con on these back trails on the quads. Those were the days as young kids. Haha! Thanks for sharing JC, it fired right up and sounds pretty healthy and quiet.
Hi JC and Brenda!!😀😀 Glad to see that it came back to life without having to replace very many things. I have a Foreman 450 that sat for about 8 years and it cost me 1100 dollars to get it running again. Had to put a new carb on it because of the damage that the gas did to it. A new carb from Honda was 450 dollars alone. Had to replace the fuel valve also. Along with several other little things. My machine only had a little over 100 hours on it and it's a 2001 model and looks like new. So I figured it was worth doing it up right. It runs great now. Nice job getting it up and running!! Take care my friends!!😀😆👍👍
Good to see your finally working on the big gear JC! I have 2 Yamaha 250. Bought them for the kids and now I have to follow your lead and get them going and gone although they are good in the bush chasing pigs. Hello Mrs JC.
J.C I may be buying a 2009 international 4300 75’ lift truck. With the 7.6 L6 Diesel. Has Allison 4700RDS transmission. The truck has a little over 38,000 miles. Any thing I should look for or known issues? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
educate yourself on the issues with maxxforce engines before you buy. they are only "cheap" when you but them. after that, they are one of the most expensive and troublesome engines i have dealt with. i pass on them. i have no interest in buying one unless i am using the truck for parts other than the engine.
For being in storage that long I think it cleaned up nicely. Pretty cool that it was sold to someone who’s just getting into riding.👍

Thank you. The truck would be used on a university campus and might not get more than 100 miles per year.
I don’t believe there is anything you can’t fix!!
