I have a 21 GT Manual with ESS G3 tuned by Wengerd . I have both the Precision and TIAL. To be honest your Precision sounds great but on mine the TIAL sounds better. Thanks for all the informing and entertaining content you put out.
did you have any issues with the tuning, ie the car running really rich or stuttering/idling kinda rough? i have the exact same setup and i find my car runs pretty rough after the tune which sucks cause ive heard nothing but great things about wengerd. im wondering if its my car or maybe an issue with the system somewhere and not the tune itself. thanks in advance!
The Air/Fuel ratio is a little bit richer than normal. Used to be 14.7 was normal but now it fluctuates between 14.2 - 13.9 at idle. However I think it’s normal for the upgraded Fuel Injectors which I’m using FIC 1000s to feed the beast. Also got Kooks LTH and Borla Ataks. I can’t say I have any tuning issues. The tune was a great match for my setup and I’m happy with all the choices I made and the people who helped me get here including Wengerd performance Tuning. I hope my reply helps you in any way 👍.
@@chrisaki1953 okay yeah I pretty much have the same data as far as air/fuel ratio with the FIC 1000 injectors as well. I think I’ve got a vacuum leak somewhere since my BOV came a little messed up which would explain my issues. Thank & I appreciate the reply! Cheers 🤙🏽
That what I'm talking about, with the new Headers, exhaust. Now that sounds awesome, like a Ken car, the stock stuff, was too quiet for your car. Can't wait to see what the new Torque Converter does.
Both blow off valves sounds great but I still prefer Air headed Blondes . The car is coming around and the new headers sound great Good luck & Be safe at KY
Great to see what you have done to this car. I like everything that you have done. I ordered a Dark Horse. Should get it next month. Looking to put Kooks 1 7/8 headers on myself then Drive down to you from Maryland and have you install the ESS G3X with the G4 intercooler and fuel system, OPG, crank sprocket, etc. I am leaning towards the Tail BOV in red like Alex(Zander13) did. What's all that brown soot in your tailpipes😂... and I bet the car sounds really good with the new h-pipe, I love mine.... here's a good question for you how the hell do we get these cars say 700 lb lighter, without totally butchering them up, because if you ask me they are totally way overweight... they would be ridiculously fast if they were just a little lighter.... good video as usual.
All I noticed was a little from running the boostane but nothing crazy. A lot of the weight comes from all the stuff that is in the car. I just add power and enjoy the car.
I just got with circle d and gave them the info on the car. They set me up with this one. Part number is in the video. On the part it showed for centrifugal
I have a Precision on my car. I'm only running a 125mm pulley tho. People are telling me the Tial is louder. In your video the Precision sounds louder to me. I probably have the quieter Precision for some reason if that's really a thing. I don't know if trying the Tial is worth it tho?
I have installed precisions and some are not as loud as others. Not sure as to why. They don’t list a spring difference when you go to buy one like the tials do. If you get a tial get a 2psi one. We also have them on our website for sale as well! Hprautomotive.com

The S650 mustang’s cannot be tuned and have dual throttle bodies. An S550 ESS kit won’t work on a Dark Horse

wth your precision is loud. mine isn't at all LOL. i rev it to 4k and barely hear it. even when i close the exhaust.
