Great pattern picks from Closet Core & Allie Olsen, I don’t own either of these brands, so I am looking forward to seeing your makes & your opinion 💕💕💕💕
Yes! The instructions in most indie patterns!! Much more detail about sizing and sewing. Allie Olsen used to have a small online fabric store in nearby Boulder, I had gotten a few things. I love the packaging on the indie printed patterns. They look lovely on the shelf haha. You'll have a good time with the Closet Core patterns and instructions! Do pay attention to seam allowances; They are often different in places, and not often 5/8". I do a lot of unpicking after decades of Big 4 😛 I've got 15 Closet Core patterns on the shelf ATM. 😍 All those instruction booklets make super nightstand reading. Enjoy!
@@JustMeAndMyFabric Probably the Morgan Jeans. I've made at least 5 of them (Wearing one right now haha) Though I've used the Ash Jeans (Megan Nielsen) 5 times for stretch denims/twill. I've used many of the others, of course, but Morgan is probably my biggest go-to of the bunch 😉
“But wait, there’s more!” popped into my head as you were flipping through the Closet Core pattern instructions. It looks like they really have thought of everything for their patterns.
Hi Angela! Pre-printed pattern girl here too! Those instruction booklets are awesome!
Right?!

Can't wait to get started and share my experiences!

@@lynngates1662 That's great! I have yet to make a pair of jeans, but it's only a matter of time.

LOL! Too funny! But yes, very impressed by their patterns.
p.s. Closet Core has a downloadable Pants fitting guide which is really helpful - it should still be free! Really good reference material!
I'll check it out!
